Error at phone activation
The product key did not work. I Had to send an email to the sales dept to get a new key. They replied very fast and sent me a new key.

You were sent an upgrade license instead of a regular license, it was rectified instantly when you informed us of the issue.

Yet again another quick and easy purchase.
Needed to rebuild a 2nd hand laptop. Whilst It had a genuine Windows 10 Pro licence installed it was a Volume licence and the base install had been installed in Chinese (2nd hand Huawei). Wanted a genuine retail licence for the rebuild to ensure a Windows 11 upgrade would run cleanly. Suddenly an email from Lizosoft appeared, perfect timing, genuine Win 10 Pro retail licences at a great price, and you know it's not a cracked key from a dodgy eBay seller. Purchased at 7PM, licence key in my inbox the following morning. Definitely my go to for MS licences.

Some licenses do not activate by phone
Some licenses do not activate by phone, and you have to request for others. This can become a pain in the neck when you have to activate it by phone.

You should never need to activate a license supplied by us on the phone, we have a portal where all licenses can be activated online through the Lizosoft activation center which take a few seconds.
If you prefer not to do this, we also retail OEM, and Retail automated aswell as fully packaged software.

MasterCard, Visa debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Excellent price
Excellent price. I followed the instructions sent with the key and had my Office up and running in less than 30 minutes . If you use a mobile to do the telephone registration with MS they send a link which makes the process very simple.

Great value MS Office key. Validation process a little haphazard and didn't go quite as expected from the instructions. Hence not 5 stars.
