We had been trying to find ceiling lights for two rooms in our house but without success until we visited Living Lights. There was plenty of choice and the guys were really friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our purchases. The lights look excellent now they have been put up. Thanks for all your help guys. It was a fun experience.

My partner and I went to the shop on the off chance they would have something suitable for our new lounge. Oli was fantastic, talked us through the various options and went above and beyond to find us exactly what we are after.

Excellent service provided by Carol who took great care of us and helped in finding most of the products we were looking for.

I ordered a light which unfortunately did not show up as being out of stock on the website Oliver was most apologetic and explained due to the current system being upgraded some items had been missed and had not been shown as out of stock on the Web site. I was offered a similar light fitting which cost substantially more for the same price as my original order. The customer service was excellent and the issue resolved very quickly to our satisfaction. It is good to know there are still compannies out there who genuinely care about their customers and go that extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Well done to Oliver and Living Lights for a great customer experience I will certainly use them again and would reccomend them to anyone looking for new light fittings.

Having spent an afternoon shopping for lights in and around Poole my wife remembered a shop called ‘Living lights’ - So impressed by the welcome we received and by the knowledge of the owners. Within a very short time we had selected lights that suited our needs and were then invited to view other lights in the showroom- many ideas came to mind and prices were excellent. Purchased what we needed and will return very soon.

Wow what a great place to shop for lights, such a gorgeous array and display of loveliness. Staff were very welcoming and had great knowledge on the lights, that we enquired about. Was really hard to choose, but are so happy with our choice, and would definitely recommend.

Firstly, what an amazing place! It's just fantastic in there. You would never guess from the outside, but it is one of those places that leaves you with that WOW feeling. Tastefully laid out and some unbelievable light displays. They could sell tickets :)
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They know their stuff and are eager to help (which is becoming rare). I get the feeling that anyone who works there will be the same, but on a personal note, Oliver and Carol were brilliant. Thank you guys. We love our lights.

Fantastic. I highly recommend Living Lights, I ordered 2 lights for my newly decorated hallway and landing but they are so beautiful I'm going to order more for my lounge and dining room. Due to covid delays at the port my order was delayed but I was phoned and kept informed, a lot of larger companies should learn from LL what customer service is. Can't fault the goods or the service.

We described what we wanted, there was nothing on display but Olí listened, went to the storeroom and found exactly what we wanted. He dismantled it, carefully explained how to put it back together when we got it home. Even gave us the right sized spanner! The lamp looks great, excellent service.

I have purchased a few things from Living Lights now and they have all been great quality and great value for money. I have purchased lights for my livng room and bedroom and also mirrors (made to order) which have been amazing quality. I would 100% recommend living lights for anyone who is looking to re-do their home or to add some decoration.
