So fortunate to live close to this incredible showroom. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite and extremely customer focussed. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. The showroom has a wonderful display of high quality and beautiful lighting.
Carol has the patience of a saint - we changed our minds 3 times but nothing was ever too much trouble.
Finally decided on 2 ceiling lights for our new home from an Austrian manufacturer.

Absolutely first class service from my initial enquiry to delivery of my pendant lights. Living in Scotland I was sceptical at first buying the lights over the web, but I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about. With my various emails to Oliver and assurance from him that the lights could be returned if they were not as described, down to telephone calls from their warehouse staff keeping me up to date with progress and delivery of my order. The lights are absolutely stunning, and the white gloves in the box were a very lovely gesture too. I certainly have no hesitation in recommended Living Lights.

The lamp is beautiful and great quality. 1 star was initially removed because it came with a 2 prong plug, but the company resolved that with 24 hours so you can’t ask for more.

Came across Living Lights whilst on holiday
We’d been looking for replacement lighting for some time in our home area, a wonderful experience with too much to choose from!
Carol emailed us a quote for the items she helped us to select and eventually we got around to ordering. We are delighted that our first ceiling lamp was fitted yesterday and we look forward to ordering more soon! The order arrived ‘next day’ just as promised

Visited Living Lights as we had moved to a new house and needed various pendant lights for the lounge/ hallway and also a kitchen light. We found Carol exceptional in helping us choose some beautiful lighting. She was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.

We were looking to replace a broken downlighter in our bathroom (it had a special connector) and also to find a wall light with both a plug and switch on the light, to position over a dressing table mirror. These jobs had been ‘on the list’ for a while. Dave and Rocco were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, when we called in to the Poole showroom on the off chance of solving at least one of our two problems. In stock, they had a more modern yet same size downlighter (& clearly explained how to safely instal if we were planning to do it ourselves) - we hadn’t realised quite how dated ours were! They also had the perfect style wall light on display in black & had our requested alternative colour (white) in stock. Both items were cheaper than we’d expected and a bulb for the wall light was provided free of charge. The new downlighting is amazing (it provides a choice of 3 brightness settings) and the wall light is perfect. Two jobs off the list, with excellent service and advice and we are delighted. Went there for the first time today. Great range of lights on display and even more available in brochures and online. The staff were very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable and answered any questions or queries. They were more than happy to go round with us to explain the choices available and also to leave us on our own while we made up our minds what we were going to do.
A very pleasant shopping experience - thoroughly recommended.
