Excellent customer service. I forgot to order my dress in petite. I emailed customer service and they manually changed my order for me which was greatly appreciated. I have ordered from other companies and they will not amend orders. You have to wait until the order arrives and then return it. The dress arrived in a couple of days and it is beautiful.

I ordered my 1st top from live unlimited and it’s beautiful. Unfortunately to my advantage the top was too big so I ordered the next size down just to compare. The packaging was perfect & the item arrives within 2 days. The customer service was fantastic. I emailed to ask a question within 2 hours I got a reply. I’m now returning the larger top & I can’t believe how easy this is. I’ve been reading some reviews regarding returns and I just can’t understand it’s so simple. I will definitely be back the clothing is well with the money. I can’t wait to wear my new top. Thank you.

The packaging on of my purchase was torn and the item exposed when I received it. I messaged Live unlimited and sent them photos. The response from them was quick and they offered to exchange my item immediately and are going to take it up with the courier. This is why I am giving them 5 stars

These five stars are for the quality of the clothes and for their excellent customer service. For me they are the first place I go to buy clothes, I recommend them with confidence. One order did go missing but this was due to the delivery company Debbie looked into and had my order re sent out. I received the next day

I have ordered several dresses & tops in the last 12months and have been really pleased with them. Well made and good quality, it's lovely to have clothing that fits & flatters which are also offered in larger sizes. Good customer service from Debbie who resolved a small issue very quickly. Wouldn't have a problem recommending this company.

The customer service I received from Debbie was excellent when a recent order went astray. The fault was entirely with the delivery company but on contacting Live Unlimited I received a prompt and courteous response. My order was resent and received the next day. Superb customer service. Well done.

Delivery by Post Office was quick and efficient. I had a problem with my order which was entirely my fault. I contacted the company by Live Chat and the problem was sorted quickly and in a friendly manner despite my rather curt message. My one gripe is that it is really difficult to get a response from Customer Service by phone or email. But over all I’m delighted with the final response. Thank you.

Edited again on Saturday 27 January 2024. My apologies to Live Unlimited Customer Service Team who have proved exemplary. Having called me on 17 January to apologise for the original delivery mix-up (mostly blamed by both of us on Evri), they even emailed me a few days later with an update on stock, and responded within minutes to my reply. Credit where it's due, I'm giving them 5* now.

Edited on Wednesday 17 January 2024. A very apologetic agent from Live Unlimited called me this morning, agreeing with my complaints about Hermes/Evri and promising that they are getting phone lines so the customer support should be better in future. I'm impressed with and grateful for the personal phone call and for the time being have upgraded the review to 3*.

This complaint looks like it's about Hermes/Evri but actually it's about Live Unlimited's poor customer service in not providing a telephone number for genuine problems, just an email address which I've yet to be convinced is monitored.

On 10 January 2024 I ordered a £179 item online. Received a dispatch email two days later with tracking number for Hermes/Evri. I went online to Hermes/Evri and diverted the delivery to a local pick-up store, which is easier for me than awaiting a delivery to where I live. I received confirmation of the diversion with the message that they'd let me know when it's ready to collect. I've been checking that tracking page every day and the message hasn't changed until today when it says they're returning the item to the sender. I can only assume that's because I didn't collect - but I didn't collect because I was never advised that it was ready for collection.

So now I'm £179 down, have no item and no way of being reassured by Live Unlimited how it deals with recalcitrant couriers like Hermes/Evri. And because I need the item before the end of this month I doubt I'd trust a second order.

I’ve made three orders of Eveningwear from Live Unlimited, and loved everything in my orders. It took me a bit of time to work out the right sizing & styles, as I’ve recently lost some weight, and haven’t bought Evening wear since. They were SO patient and understanding of my need to return and order again.

My third order went missing under EVRI’s ‘care’ - no surprise there! and Debbie at LU couldn’t have been nicer; despite them leading us both a merry dance. She refunded quickly and without question. She also told me they’d be offering deliveries by Royal Mail in the new year, so I won’t have to use Evri again. Yippee!

I would highly recommend this great quality business and will definitely be back in the New Year, before our next holiday in April.

One star for not standing by the quality of their products. I have ordered many lovely things from them in the past - which I am sure their database will verify. However, a recent purchase washed very badly and dried so crinkly that it needed a lot of very careful ironing due to the nature of the fabric and the design with tiny frills that were shrivelled after the wash. I always wash at 20 degrees on a delicate cycle with silk detergent, and hang carefully on wide hangars straight from the machine. I wrote a polite note asking if they would consider a refund, stating the case above, and also saying that I had cut out the lables as I find them too itchy to wear. To give them credit, I received an acknowledgement email, and then a response a day later. However the response says that they will not consider a refund as this is "the nature of this fabric", and because the labels are cut out. I gave the order number, so they know that I did buy the item. I'm really disappointed, and will do my best not to buy from Live again. In any case, I'm enjoying styles from the likes of Monsoon and others more at the moment. I don't understand a customer service ethic that punishes loyal frequent customers when a product is poor quality.

Returned items and only part refunded. Emailed and no response, no telephone number listed, searched Google and all associated numbers go to voicemail. Shocking lack of customer service.

Edit: I can understand 24 hours to get back to me but an auto response to let you know your message had been received would be helpful. It's several days since the first refund so you can understand my concerns.

'Team' have been in touch - no apology - advice was that each order should have been sent in separate packages (my fault!) and, as the refund is automatic, it wouldn't have been credited.

A week later a refund was made and advised via email of this - problem resolved, lesson learnt!

I recently ordered from Live unlimited. i ordered on the Monday and paid for next day delivery. My order arrived next day, unfortunately the clothes didn’t suit me in this instance so i had to return them. The return process was very easy, i was given a tracking number so i could see where my return was each day. My order arrived back with them by the Thursday and the refund was back in my bank on Friday.

Excellent return service, the best i have encountered with an online shop.

I ordered a dress for an occasion when it arrived it was beautiffully wrapped and the dress was amazing on I would also say true to size will be ordering from here again

My experience TOTALLY POSITIVE After making a mess of my email address during ordering my experience with customer care was unbelievably positive Debbie was amazingly helpful sorted everything out, reassured me everything is FINE, it was. The size quality and style was better than expected. The delivery was fine no issues

Love their garments, but my experience of so called customer service is woeful. There is no phone number on the website to call so you're offered an email address or a form to complete.
I'd placed an order very early on a Wednesday morning and wanted to upgrade the delivery so I used the form and sent it, stating it was an urgent request. Two days later and NOTHING.
If you're going to restrict the forms of communication then at least have the courtesy to respond via the ones you offer.
Fortunately I ordered the same garment again with the delivery I needed but it meant paying twice and now have to go to the trouble of sending one item back.
It's certainly made me think twice about buying from them again.
