Diagnosis acute fever Upper respiratory infection: but got to urgent care to get further treated when our primary is closed for the holiday for 4 days do I wanna take my child to ER to be exposed more No!! We have no urgent care around in our area that's why I did online no antibiotics no nothing. Just go to a urgent care when clearly they gave antibiotics what the Dr could of did online ... waste of time

The rudest, incompetent, uncaring, non-listening, uncommunicative, and blatantly disrespectful providers. Also, sometimes I am not speedy getting into appointment (we are talking 1 minute/60 SECONDS), and they will cancel the appointment if it is taking me more than 45seconds to get into appointment(I have to do appointments on my laptop, but they text the link to my phone… this is why it takes me up to a minute). They should NOT be practicing, this service needs to be canceled and will be reporting them AGAIN to our insurance and my husband’s employeer.

What a waste of time and money! This is a racket to host online virtual appointments with doctors or nurse practitioners who do not help their patients or concerns. I would have been better off setting fire to the money for the visit than to expect this company to have caring staff who do the right thing.

Therapist inappropriate to handle other people views and feelings especially issues outside his own color and creed, so if you have been a victim of racial prejudice this particular therapist excuses it by a 300 year ball and chain. Very biased!!

The doctor wouldn't listen to my problem and only argued with me. I had been bit by a brown recluse 3 other times but since I didn't actually see it (who does) he was more worried about proving me wrong! These guys suck! Their a free service with my insurance but I'll never use them again!

Review for therapy: after receiving word that the therapist I'd used for several months was leaving, I found another one who sounded promising. First appointment went great. She wanted to see me back in 1.5 weeks. The day of the appointment, I received no reminders per usual so I emailed the therapist. She said she had to cancel and was sorry LiveHealth hadn't notified me. I never heard back from her about rescheduling so I emailed again about a week later (she preferred to schedule via email which is why I hadn't called). I did not get a response. Emailed again 2 weeks later and she said she would no longer be available due to a family emergency. I get that, but LiveHealth should have notified me so I could have found someone else to see. This could be detrimental to someone in a mental health crisis. Also want to mention that the selection of therapists is slim pickings and seems like you see the same few folks who always have a lot of openings, which is a red flag to me. It seems the best therapists are hard to come by and once they get enough clients, they stop posting their schedules and only schedule privately/through email to the people they currently see. Very frustrating.

The Doctor kept saying wrong information. I went to them for Epilepsy medication, and the Doctor refused to give me a full month's prescription. He just kept telling me to go to an Urgent Care, and then he started lying about the max amount of the medication you can take per day. Either he was incompetent, or a liar. I'm not sure which.
DON'T COME HERE. Go literally anywhere else. There are other sites online that won't scam you out of your money.

I had to call technical support because of connectivity issues. My rep was amazing and calmed me down. I unfortunately missed her name and the call dropped before I could take the survey leave her 5 star review. she was phenomenal and so kind even with me panicking.

Worst service. Physician didn’t help I had to go elsewhere. Many months later I logged on and scheduled as I was getting ready for my visit (waiting for it to load) I receive a messg that the provider cancelled my call.

GOD MORNING, I just called Optum Pharmacy Help Desk. I spoke with 3 ladies whom listened to my concerns. The 1st to pick was extremely pleasant. I was then transferred to another pleasant lady whom help me to understand my concerns. Then I was transferred to someone named Beverly and once again very pleasant. These were the ladies that made me feel at ease and comfortable about how to get me through. If anyone in this industry is able to recognize themand their abilities, it would be so pleasing to me.These 3 ladies were very patient and compassionate. I couldn't get into my doctor for a month, and needed to be seen asap for something minor that needed treated before it got worse. The website was easy to use, my appointment started really quick after I said I wanted the soonest appointment, the doctor got straight to it, and I got medication sent straight to my pharmacy. I will definitely use them again!

Providers repeatedly cancel after you sit on hold for a long time.

I have had three online appointments with the same doctor. They were fine....video worked just fine and the dr provided what I need. BUT THE APP IS ATROCIOUS!!!! First, it drops the name/info of the dr until you have to setup a new appointment, Doesn't tell you this. The biggest issue is I'm trying to send the Dr a release form she has agreed to sign BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS! I have tried for over 4 hours to navigate this crappy app. So I sit here w/ a document she needs to sign but I cannot send. Talked to tech support...nice guy...but he said it may take 1 to 3 weeks!!!! That is just ridiculous!

I checked online if this kind of service would help me. $55 dollars and 3 mins later he told me to go to urgent Care!! WASTE!

This place is worthless DO NOT waste your time !!!! I tried them one time before and I knew better but I had strep throat and didn’t feel like going anywhere so ide give them one more try the doctor was pointless / worthless I’ve fought it for a week with all the otc stuff I needed an antibiotic to knock it out and this doctor did NOTHING drink fluids rest I’m like really I’m 54 years old this isn’t my first rodeo I knew what I needed all that money and copay for nothing plz don’t waste your time and money will never use them again and everyone I know and every platform I’m going to tell it !!!!

Scheduled an appointment. The app couldn’t confirm my insurance. I called and their system couldn’t confirm my insurance. Called and they said they’d send the issue to billing to solve. Kept calling and billing had not done any work. Had to keep calling to cancel my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged the claim and hope they would give it back. Had to cancel completely and lose $40. Going to be calling my insurance to deal with them because they refuse to help patients.

Me and my husband have been trying to schedule counseling for weeks and every single time we come to the day of the appointment they cancel it. Without fail, DAY OF, no reasoning behind it, it always says provider canceled this appointment. Do not use this service if you actually want help, this has caused even more stress for us. We even took off work to have an appointment today thinking maybe the after work appointments were going to keep getting canceled. They have an online scheduler and why it would let you schedule a time that they can't do is beyond me. What kind of doctors are working here?

This company used to have decent doctors that cared but that was 2 years ago. Fast forward to 2025 all they seem to care about is getting money. I told the doctor I had a very bad sinus pressure headache as I normally get right before allergy season starts and he tells me I have not had symptoms long enough which mind you I had sinus pressure for 4 days. He told me they can't prescribe antibiotics and to call back. They are awful and if you have your insurance company complain and have them dropped as they are not providing quality care to people. I went to urgent care and got what I needed. I will never use them again.

Absolute scam! I paid my $35 copay for a doctor to rush through a few minutes of questions, interrupt me, and tell me I have a viral infection and she can call me in a cough medicine. I don’t go to doctors unless I’m at the point that I know I’m going to have to have an antibiotic, which I absolutely hate taking, but she refused to call in an antibiotic stating I hadn’t had my symptoms long enough. Now I get to go to urgent care to get said antibiotic because like I told her, it did not get better, and I’ve waited in misery for the magic number of days in which they decide it is in fact a bacterial infection that requires an antibiotic. Do not waste your money on this scam!

I needed a prescription for an ongoing condition and was unable to get into my primary care doc. My insurance company suggested I call LiveHealth for an appt.

Less than five miniutes (and $185) into the appointment, the doctor told me they can't prescribe the needed medication.

I totally understand that they have rules. However, given that I was clear on the intake form about why I was calling and what I needed, an appointment should never have been made.

Like most healthcare in the U.S., this organization appears to be a money grab. Never again would I use them.
