Purchased a model with led’s. Description was misleading. Made it sound like the model was lighted but it came with a separate led light bar, model was not lighted. Was a very expensive model. For the money I expected more. They also don’t publish the reviews customers leave on their website.

Had a little issue with our local post office delivering to wrong unit, LIVE CAR MODEL customer service was excellent, they provided with tracking and advised to contact local carrier and issue was solved. Very professional and courteous as well.

The collectable car models were in excellent condition and brand spanking new, and packaged extremely well.

LiveCarModel is more than competitively priced. Flawless shipping with great customer service. There are other companies out there that are much more expensive and provide limited service. I will buy all my model cars from LiveCarModel. Simply the best.

Rosa is great to deal with, very responsive. Most recent purchase was a Kyosho 250 GTO. I asked her if she could replace the adhesive plates with old style CA black plate with my custom letter/numbers. LiveCarModels obliged me sending me some a few days later. I purchased this Mercury Cougar for a friend who just bought a real one at a car auction. The model is a true replica, it is intricately detailed. It is ruggedly built. It arrived rapidly and was securely packaged.

Rosa was absolutely amazing in answering my questions, and following up on my order. She was extremely responsive, and was very professional too. I am looking forward to my model arriving!

1/18 Motorhelix Cadillac US president Limousine "The Beast" This car is beautiful and the velvet covered stand it is attached to is also very nice and heavy. The detail and paint job is excellent. This is the only model I can find of the 2018 Beast!

After finding out the Mini Cooper Countryman diecast I wanted to purchase had been discontinued, Allen, Acct Manager, went well beyond expectations by locating the model through another resource.

This color combination was important since I had just purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman vehicle the exact same color and wanted a replica to match in my diecast collection.
