This was a gift for a friend, the whole process was quick and painless but for one small glitch, the license plate that I ordered got lost. I made a phone call and Rosa was all over it! I received the plate a few days later. Excellent communication and follow up!

I have been a collector for many years so I have done business with many model providers. Some are good and trustworthy, others less so. Allen has been responsive to my questions ( pestering) and takes time whenever I ask. I do wish orders could come quicker but France to USA is not like being next door. After my brother drove a Ferrari Pista in Las Vegas at Dream Racing, he tried to buy a model while there. It was not available, so I did a Google search and found live car model. Although the car took about a week longer than anticipated to arrive (I had paid for expedited delivery), the fault was with UPS because they changed the destination ZIP Code (without telling me), so the car was sent to the wrong sorting station. During the week, Rosa, from live car model, worked with me daily: she would call UPS, email me with updates, and even arranged a three-way phone conversation with her, UPS agent, and me. Were it not for Rosa’s help, I doubt that the package would have ever arrived! Nothing but praise for the customer service!

I made my first purchases at LIVECARMODEL, at first I purchased a model of a Bentley Continental, and soon afterwards, even before receiving the first model, I also purchased a model of a Rolls-Royce. This last miniature was sold in the form of pre-sales. The model Bentley Continental was delivered on the correct date, and very well packaged. Regarding Rolls-Royce, the scheduled launch date was postponed, which is common in these cases, and what caught my attention was the fact that I sent an email to LIVECARMODEL to find out what the new scheduled date for the launch of Rolls-Royce and LIVECARMODEL was very attentive and quickly responded to my email informing what the new launch date would be. I thought this attention was excellent, as it involves a lot of holding up for those who shop from another continent. The new Rolls-Royce launch date was duly met, and I received my beautiful model here in Brazil, very well packaged and within the new scheduled deadline.
