Fantastic communication, package and delivered in record timing. Fantastic prices.

We ordered a large GP enclosure and received it damaged on December 2nd. We immediately informed them of the damage and sent pictures. They keep on telling us they did not receive any images. I sent an email on 4th December, again with a jpg image attached. I forwarded the message to a friend to check it could be opened, they had no issue opening the image. On the 8th of December I once again attached the image to the email and tried to help them with troubleshooting the problem. I gave them my personal phone number and suggested that they WhatsApp me so that I could send the image over that platform instead. On the 13th I again attached the image to an email, with troubleshooting advice and reiterated that they could WhatsApp me. Then on December, 19th I sent a further email with a drop box link and and also the image. And once again, we have received an email stating that we are ignoring their request for a picture of the damage. We have now resorted to upload the picture as a comment on their FaceBook page. Maybe they will finally be acting on it. But I am not holding my breath.

Had a problem with my item that wasn’t any fault of the company, and they were so helpful, really quick responses from customer services and replacement offered at no extra cost.

Ordered the large 160cm indoor rabbit cage. Great price cheaper than other sites. Arrived quickly and courier left it with a neighbour as we left a note. Recommend

Such good quality products for very low prices… we’ve had a number of different hammocks they’ve all been great!

Good prices however the bolts for the cage were all loose in the box so could've easily got lost, and one of the platforms support was broken so makes it unstable.

Items arrived very quickly from ordering, one was damaged, they replaced without issue within two days.

Bought a large cage with stand and a few extra bits last week.
The cage is very flimsy with incredibly small openings, the box arrived damaged , and 1 item was missing .
