Super outfit but …
The outfit I received was excellent but unfortunately I was not informed the other was out of stock.
I contacted them and only found out when I had a refund email.
Loved the outfit maybe take another look at communication.

Wrong item was sent however customer service was amazing . Correct item sent out straight away and because it was they’re mistake I got keeping the one that was sent out first for free. I’m very pleased with pram suits , good quality I would definitely shop here again .

Contacted staff as I had made a mistake on the second order I had made. They called back very quickly and got the matter resolved. They also sent me a code as I had shopped before. Staff were so helpful

Faulty item sent but had to pay returns postage
Received the jumper set but wasn't happy with the quality so contacted company to request a return. On packaging the item I noticed that there was actually a hole in the jumper. With this is mind I had expected that I wouldn't be responsible for the returns postage as the item was faulty. I was advised by the company that their website clearly states that the buyer pays postage for returns. However I would not expect any business to charge the customer to return an item that is damaged??. I sent photos to the company clearly showing that there was a hole but on receipt of the returned jumper they advised that they couldn't see a hole- seems rather strange given that there was definitely a hole in it when I sent it and I had photos clearly showing the hole. The company advised that they were a small business and that they were not in a position to cover return postage fees, however I do not understand why it should then by default be down to me to pay
Not the sort of service I would expect from any company, no matter how small they are

We are sorry you feel this way Andrea. This is not a true or accurate review. You contacted us originally about a return which was no problem at all. After being advised that you needed to pay for the return you then re emailed and said the item then had a hole in it. We have received the item back in store and it has no hole. It is a knitted jumper and we did advise that sometimes variations in knits occur. The brand you purchased is a well known one who quality check everything as do we. We remained polite and professional throughout over email and explained our terms and conditions. We have refunded you in full for the item just not the postage as we cannot be held liable. The item is not faulty.
As you can seen from our numerous reviews we have amazing customer service and pride ourselves on this. We are sorry however that you did not feel this to be the case.
