What went wrong
What went wrong? Your entire concept of cupcakes as an alternative to a Birthday cake.Ok, so maybe someone may prefer them to a cake. But... these were awful the favours were geared towards a 10 years Birthday and the packaging was the worst! They came packaged in clear plastic trays as if they came from the local Asda.Which is where I will order next for a lot cheaper.

I was lucky enough to have 9 cakes donated when I held my afternoon tea for breast cancer yesterday. They went down a storm with many compliments on the presentation and taste.
Thank you so much for your generosity, I will definitely be back!

Arrived on time but let down by packaging
Arrived intact and on time, which was appreciated as they were a gift. I haven't seen them in person (just a photograph), or tasted them, but for the price I think the consumer's experience on opening the package could be improved. The cupcakes were presented in very basic, clear 9-hole plastic cup-cake packaging which cheapened the whole experience. I would expect better given the price point.

Ordering was very easy and delivery perfectly on time. my friend was delighted and she told me they were truly delicious. She told me they were Perfect size to share with her friends after their meal.
I had one disappointment which was they needed to be delivered in a pretty box as the cakes looked too gorgeous in a plastic tray protected by straw papershreads. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear your son enjoyed them so much he didn’t want to share - what a compliment! We’ll take that as a sign they were a hit. We really appreciate your support and hope to bake for you again soon...perhaps for his 6 year old.
Disappointed 😔
Unfortunately our cakes were very disappointing. They actually looked nothing like the ones on the pictures. I had sent them to an 80 year old lady as a treat after her knee replacement. She said that overall they were quite sweet. The lemon one was her favourite and the taste as expected for lemon.
Sadly, I don’t think they were worth the money.
Delivery was excellent though - just one working day after my order went in.

Lovely little cakes The communication updates on delivery…
The communication updates on delivery were good and the cakes arrived exactly at the right time.
They were packed well and look lovely. My grandsons devoured them.
Slight disappointment that having a son with nut allergy I was a bit surprised at how many of the 9 different options I had chosen contained nuts. I think this should have been a lot clearer when selecting.

Very tasty cakes
Lovely selection of cakes available and delivered on selected date (with an additional payment). My daughter loved them but my only issue was there is no option to include a message / greeting to let the recipient know who they are from. There was an option to buy a greetings card to include but they were £3.99. I had to alert my daughter that she should expect a delivery which spoiled the surprise a little.
Good value for 9 individual cakes and the feedback was they are delicious. I will use this company again

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased your daughter enjoyed her Little Cakes. As our cakes are often sent as gifts, we do not include any paperwork and so the optional greetings card is therefore the only way to include a personal message. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to baking for you again in the future.
