I had exactly the same problem, the item I ordered was not in stock, they took my money and then did not inform me that they could not dispatch the item
When I cancelled the order they did not reimburse me the full amount, keeping 15% back

Dette er en svært useriøs virksomhet. Etter først å ha bekreftet at varen er på lager, kommer selskapet flere uker etterpå og sier de ikke kan levere. Så bestemmer de å trekke kunden for 15%, om en ikke aksepterer å ta et alternativt produkt. Kort og godt ikke til å stole på, og som utnytter det faktum at de allerede har trukket betaling, og nekter full refusjon. Jeg vil definere dette som svindel

Horrendous costumer service!!! Same story as previous reviewers, the product I ordered was NOT IN STOCK then they wouldn't refund my full amount as they were keeping a 15% restocking fee!!!!!! Appalling! 😡

Jeg har brugt denne robotstøvsuger i et par måneder nu. Rengøringsydelsen er imponerende, især med den elektriske vandtank til mopping. Det har dog et par mindre ulemper. For eksempel kan den automatiske docking-funktion nogle gange være langsom til at reagere, hvilket kan være en smule frustrerende. Desuden kan batterilevetiden, der varer omkring fire timer, være længere, især for større hjem. Derudover har skraldespanden brug for regelmæssig manuel rengøring, hvilket kan være lidt besværligt. På trods af disse mindre problemer er det stadig en pålidelig og effektiv rengøringsløsning.

I ordered a robot vacuum, after nearly a month it hadn't been sent so I emailed to ask as to what was happening. They stated that the vacuum was out of stock. 🚩 Why did they not email me to tell me that without me having to chase them up?
They offered me an older model or a refund. I declined the older model as I no longer trusted them, I just wanted my money back.
🚩They said they would give me an 85% refund as I had cancelled the order. I pointed out that I had not cancelled the order, it was that they were unable to fulfill the order.
🚩They sent me their website policy which states that when you cancel an order you will be charged a 15% restock fee.
🚩They're charging me a restock fee for something that is NOT IN STOCK.
🚩They are breaking contract law. A change was made to the original contract that I entered in to with them, as per contract law this change must be agreed to by both parties. Their website policy does not override law.
I have had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Jeg elsker hvordan denne robotstøvsugeren kommer med en elektrisk vanntank og flere rengjøringsmoduser. Den tilpasser seg forskjellige overflater sømløst og gir en grundig rengjøring hver gang. Moppefunksjonen er et flott tillegg som får gulvene mine til å skinne......

I ordered their fancy robot hoover/mop. Money was taken but nothing was then heard. A week later I emailed to ask when it would be posted out. The reply was that this item was no longer in stock and they didn't know when it would be in stock again. They offered a partial refund along with the lower spec hoover that they make. I said no thanks, as it was not what I wanted and asked for a full refund instead. They offered me an 85% refund because, according to their policy, with a cancellation they keep 15%. I don't think I cancelled, considering they don't have the product that they sold me!
Do not go anywhere near these people.

Wij mailen nu al verschillende keren om een retourlabel te kunnen krijgen maar ze ontwijken mijn vraag !! Tot heden nog steeds geen retourlabel !! Ik ben echt zeer ontevreden !!!!!

I recently purchased the robot vacuum cleaner, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Robot vacuum goes back and forth along the same route over and over but never goes anywhere else. Someone called Cindy from the company sent broken English one line answers to my complaints then just blocked my email when I asked to return this faulty product. It is a scam beware!!!!!!!!

I've tried other robot vacuums in the past, but none compare to this one. It's kind of quiet, so I can run it at night without disturbing anyone. And the slim design allows it to easily glide under furniture for a thorough clean. My only regret is not buying it sooner

Kapotte robot ontvangen, ze willen bewijs dat hij niet wil laden.
Ik heb hen foto's en video's gestuurd, meer dan 10 mails later nog steeds geen duidelijkheid. Elke mail vraag ik hoe ik deze kan terugsturen...

Dieser Staubsaugerroboter hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen!

Tout est dit ci dessous arnaque total, de plus ca fait trois semaines que je demande le retour et remboursement, le produit vient d'Allemagne mais il faut le retourner en Chine, a nos frais et pour le remboursement il sera déduit les droits de douane....
en plus du fait qu'il n'envoie jamais l adresse de retour, a chaque fois que je réclame il m'envoi un mail pour me dire que c'est le meilleur produit du monde, qu'il faut que je le garde ou que j'en fasse cadeaux et qu' il sont prêt a refaire une remise qui d'ailleurs a chaque fois augment, j ai commencé a 3% et je suis a 8% actuellement :)
j ai contacté la direction des fraudes, j attends leur retour

This company is the worst and most untrustworthy company. I bought the robot vacuum which didn't do its job so I asked for a refund and return instructions. They refused a refund even though I contacted them within the allocated time . .Many stupid emails later where they insisted their product was good they offered an insulting 3% discount which I refused. They suggested I keep the product or ' give it to as a gift". So now I'm out of pocket with useless product .Citizens advice gave me good advice but as the company is not in the UK as advertised there's little they can do. So please beware and don't buy anything from this company. They're s scammers.

Dit is nu eens een firma die u volledig in de steek laat zowel om aan een wisselstuk te geraken (oplader) die is stuk gegaan tijdens garantie periode , die steeds in het Engels antwoorden en u volledig in de kou laten staan de slechtste firma die ik al ooit bij gekocht heb een regel rechte ramp specialisten in het rond de pot draaien om toch maar niks te moeten doen ,Besluit NOOIT meer bij deze firma

Ik ben helemaal weg van het stijlvolle ontwerp van deze robotstofzuiger! de prestaties zijn ook verbluffend. Met een krachtige zuigkracht verwijdert hij moeiteloos al het vuil en stof, waardoor mijn vloeren brandschoon zijn.

Jag är så nöjd med den här robotdammsugaren! Tyst och effektiv. Värd varenda krona!
