Called to renew my contract. Straightforward, no attempts to upsell any add-ons, was informed of the new contract start date, and the price was confirmed. courteous no nonsense service

We were in a quandary over switching to another provider, thinking we would be charged for unused contract .

Never had any problems with connection or service in the last two years

One short phone call and my contract was renewed.

Decided to renew the contract as the upload/download speeds are pretty much as advertised. A quality service from customer services that made contract renewal so easy.

For someone who is not very good at all with any type of technology it was a very easy & painless process

I am really impressed with the speed and directness of Lit Fibre's customer service. I have had a few clerical issues since joining and each time I have been in touch, their responses have always been immediate, efficient and really helpful. It has been really refreshing to be able to speak directly with one person, not be passed around to different departments and wait for days to be responded to.

Fibre broadband has been super reliable for 2 years, only contacted customer services to renew contract & they replied quickly to confirm it's been done. Great service, fast speeds up & down, and no price hikes during contract. What's not to love!

Never get what you pay for.

Internet runs slow and always breaks, your spend a lot of time on the phone to them for them trying to resolve this for it then to happen week after week.

If you living in a flat the internet is still bad and apparently have to sit next to the box to get the internet speed you pay for.

Danielle or Danielle the manager is rude and aragent, shows no compassion or sympathy for her customers and says internet going down is normal.

Cannot access internet most of the time and just offered booster after booster which is additional boxes that need plugging in.

Staff are rude aswell. Will tell you ‘you are connected our end’ clearly not true.

They will also tell you if your devices are older than 3 years this is why internet is slow

So basically for your internet to work you need to buy a new tv every year and sit next to the box.

No compensation ever offered and cannot believe Danielle is even in a manger role

Just renewed with Lit Fibre. I'd missed the renewal emails and received a helpful call to renew (at a very competitive price), all sorted in less than 4 mins.
I have also never experienced any network issues. Here's to another 2 years 🥂
