We've been with Lit Fibre since winter 2024. At first the service was great- really reliable and fast. However, we then started to have intermittent issues where the connection dropped. We had boosters around the house, reset the router multiple times, all to no avail. I called Lit repeatedly and they were nice but never suggested solutions that worked. They then offered to move us over to Zen, whch they messed up ass well and we currently have no WiFi at all. Appalling reliability and service. Avoid.

LIT were good, Now changing to ZEN so we will see.

Internet was down again for 10 days they said they are only reinbursting me for 5 days, angel on the phone was quite sarcastic about it. Not listening to me. I asked to speak to the manger and he had the cheek to ask me what for? He keeps saying I’m going by the information provided. The only information that ever has been provided was by me and that was telling me my internet was down for another 10 days. Company is shocking. Absolutely shocking do not waste your money going with this company the good reviews are an absolute scam. They read off a script and are never willing to reimburse honest customers. They are fraud artists. Notice how every positive review is left by someone who has only ever reviewers their company this company runs off fake reviews

Good service and competitive prices

Operator was quick to understand the issue, made a good rational assessment and took appropriate action which gave the most efficient solution to the problem possible. I was very pleased with the outcome.
