We just happened to see some of Lisa & Neil’s work on Instagram and loved it.
We had an initial chat during which they totally put it at ease and everything was booked. We loved the fact that we only wanted a small package for a few hours and that was exactly what we got although during that few hours, we had so many fab pics to browse through.
Lisa & Neil were great during our ceremony and guided people into getting some great shots. It was fun, they were brilliant, and we’d recommend them without hesitation.

Lisa and Neil photographed both our engagement and our wedding!

My (now!) husband arranged for Lisa and Neil to capture our engagement with a surprise proposal photo shoot on Aldeburgh beach! My husband said they were amazing to plan with and help him feel settled about the whole thing! I thought it was really weird that he proposed in front of a tent- but turns out that was where Neil was!! Lisa and Neil were lovely to meet after we got engaged - they congratulated us and then gave us some time to process the engagement before some more photos which was very thoughtful. The whole thing felt very relaxed - they were friendly and chatty and it was lovely that they were happy to go at our pace and didn’t seem in a rush. We also loved that they were instructive but didn’t make it feel overly staged. They got the photos back to us amazingly quickly and we couldn’t love them more!! I feel so lucky that we had them capture our special moment.

Now onto the wedding day- we couldn’t have hoped for a better experience than with Lisa and Neil. Lisa fitted in well with the girls getting ready and the boys loved going to the pub and to get fish and chips with Neil. Throughout the day both were great with us and the guests. We hardly felt like we were photographed but the photos are AMAZING - I’ve never seen better wedding photos! It was important to me that our flower girls were captured and they did such a good job with them - the photos are totally adorable.

We had GIFs as an add-on for both our engagement and photos - they are so fun! We didn't have a wedding videographer and the GIFs give that 'live' sense. Also everyone we have shown them to has been super impressed as no one has ever seen wedding GIFs before!

Lastly, listen to their advice on confetti. Our confetti photos are top tier.

Book them and you won’t look back!

I happened to see a shoot on Instagram that L&N had done in Bury St Edmunds where I live. I loved the photos and one in particular. Also the fact that they are a married couple who would bring two different perspectives and styles. I also needed two witnesses as nobody else would be present at the wedding. I knew I had to get in touch and prayed they would be available for my wedding date.

We thoroughly enjoyed our initial call and instantly clicked with them. They felt like a safe pair of hands and we knew that we had made the right choice.

We cannot express how much we enjoyed our wedding day. IT WAS PERFECT!!! We really don't like having our picture taken or look good in them. It all felt very natural and so much fun. We even forgot there were people around us.

L&N are an adorable couple. Calm, funny and know exactly what they are doing. Plus they are really good company that it was really sad to say goodbye but we were so glad they were part of our day as photographers and as our winesses.

We received our photographs really quickly which was a nice surprise. The pictures were really beautiful including the ones we did not realise were being taken. Recommend requesting the black & white ones too. They managed to replicate the picture I liked without my asking. Everyone who saw it thought it was stunning. It is the first one on their Instagram at the Abbey Gate.

We’ve had the pleasure of being photographed by Lisa & Neil twice now, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

We first found them when we were researching wedding photographers and were immediately drawn to their creative, yet candid style. After our initial meeting we knew right away that we had to book them. They are so friendly, and immediately put us at ease. Their knowledge and experience were also incredibly helpful during planning, especially as we were having a DIY wedding.

A few months before the wedding we saw that they were offering mini shoots around Norwich, and we thought it would be a great chance to get to know them so we’d feel more comfortable in front of the camera on the big day. We had a fantastic afternoon with them, and it solidified that we had made the right choice for the wedding.

On the wedding day, they were amazing. Having a laugh with the guests, directing people during portraits calmly and constantly on the look out for the perfect shot. All of our guests commented on how great they were.

The photos are better than we ever could have imagined. They capture the vibe of the day so perfectly. We truly couldn’t be happier.

If you’re considering booking Lisa & Neil then do it. Just do it.

I can’t put into words how highly we rated Lisa and Neil!
From the beginning of the process they were the first people that talked us through the day and helped us understand how the hell a wedding actually works. They supported our ideas (how they made our dream of wedding photos set in an esso garage look so gorgeous speaks volumes), and created even better ideas too!
They handled wedding difficulties with ease and remained our consistents throughout the process and day.
Our photos came back extremely quickly, at no expense to the quality of the photos.
Every single person we spoke to after the wedding spoke so highly of them both and they were just incredible.
If that’s not enough of a good advertisement for them, please try and find another photographer pair that will drive you home mid wedding so you can feed and take photos with your cats!!!

If you can book Lisa & Neil, you will definitely not regret it! Their portfolio speaks for itself in terms of the quality of their work as photographers, but they are so much more than photographers! They are unbelievably fun and easy to get along with. We had already had an engagement shoot with them, so by the time we got to the wedding we were just looking forward to seeing them again!

We felt so relaxed around them, and they kept completely cool heads when our planned timeline went completely out of the window- in fact they were so helpful in proving suggestions for alternative timelines which really took the stress of making decisions on the day away from us. They were also prepared for everything- such as when the groom realised the pockets on his suit were still stitched up and Neil produced a handy pocketknife! Their experience really shone through in those moments.

From following them on social media, we see how busy Lisa & Neil are professionally, but they still made us feel special throughout the process. They have many well-prepared guides which they shared throughout the wedding planning, about far more than just the photography side of things, which was a huge help to us in working through all the planning. They were also always quick to respond to any queries, and it was clear in our meetings with them that they wanted to do all they could to help make the day as good as it possibly could be.

Finally, returning to the photos, we were amazed to receive our entire wedding gallery after just a week. The photos are just stunning and really demonstrate their natural artistry. One thing that also really stood out to us in going through all the photos was how well they captured all the little moments throughout the day. They allowed us to experience all the things that we inevitably weren’t able to be around for on the day, so it now feels like we didn’t miss out on anything.

First things first, I think what everyone thinks about most when they are booking a photographer is: will they get those Pinterest-worthy photos? I can confirm they 100% delivered on this. We are not a photogenic couple, so I have no idea how they achieved this, but we look like we’re on the cover of Vogue.

Along with those beautiful artistic couple’s portraits, we now have so many photos that really document the vibe and emotion of our day. Lisa and Neil never seemed to be in the way, or intruding into private moments during the day, but they have managed to capture all those intimate moments that make the day special - all the laughter, the tears, and everything in between.

Leading up to the wedding, planning can get overwhelming at times, with lots of vendors, and endless decisions to make about things you didn’t even know existed 6 months ago. We were lucky to have some incredible vendors, but Lisa and Neil really stood out head and shoulders above the rest in the pre-wedding admin. I think a few things contributed to this - they have a really slick online platform that means you can go back and check what you have and haven’t done (this is a lifesaver when juggling admin), and every interaction was so organised and professional. This took such a weight off, being able to feel so confident in one of the most important parts of the wedding. Lisa and Neil are also very clearly pros in this business. Being new to wedding planning, having them on board early was so helpful. From our first Zoom call, they really helped us formulate how our wedding day could run, which then made other bits of planning much easier.

All of those things alone made Lisa and Neil such an easy choice as a wedding photographer. But the thing that recommends them the most is what great people they are. It is so important that you get on with your photographer - they are with you for the majority of the most important day of your life. They are hilarious, sensitive, intelligent, and all of that really changes the atmosphere of your day. Getting ready on the wedding morning has the potential to be a pretty stressful experience as a bride, but Lisa brought such a calm lightheartedness that was infectious.

Both Lisa and Neil fitted into the day so easily, it just felt like you had invited those friends who inexplicably manage to be the funniest people at the party, whilst still being the organised ones who always know what’s going on. We are a couple who are terrible at posing for photos, and so we were expecting our couple’s shoot to be an awkward moment to get through as quickly as possible. I actually think this was one of the highlights of the day, and it felt so natural, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. This comes down again to Lisa and Neil’s fantastic personalities and obvious talent at their job. I also think having a couple as your photographers comes with so many benefits - for these couple shoots there’s no feeling of them being a third wheel, it means you get a huge amount of photos of your day, and it means you get 2 perspectives on all those really important moments (walking down the aisle, the first kiss etc).

Oh, and I nearly got attacked by the BIGGEST hornet you have ever seen just before speeches. Neil, true Superman style, dived across the gravel and karate chopped the hornet to the ground. So if the rest hasn’t convinced you, not having Lisa and Neil around is really a health and safety issue.

I really cannot express enough how incredible Lisa and Neil were, and how much this changed our wedding for the better.

Lisa and Neil were just incredible, and a huge part of why our wedding day was so amazing. They were fun, relaxed, but also knew exactly what was needed and when. They give amazing advice in the lead up to the wedding, insightful directions on the day of, and I don't know any one of my married friends that got their photos so quickly, as we did! Thank you to you both, you are amazing.

Leading up to the day, I felt so calm and reassured and I just knew they would take great care of us and our families - boy, was I right. They were the perfect pair to coordinate our guests, get all of our posed photos done promptly, and make our families and friends feel just as comfortable. Lisa and Neil are extraordinary and I recommend them without hesitation! They're professional and efficient but fun and hilarious all at the same time. They made the planning really easy and enjoyable, keeping in touch regularly and sending brilliant emails full of top tips and reassurance just when we needed them. On the day they were like extra guests with cameras, making us and our guests feel at ease in front of the camera. Even though the weather was truly terrible it didn't matter in the slightest, Lisa and Neil had a plan and took fantastic photos without anyone catching hypothermia. They completely understood what we wanted and captured the day perfectly. Our photos were sent through in record time, and we are thrilled with them. Very pleased we went for black and white as well as colour photos, couldn't be happier! Thank you Lisa and Neil!

Lisa and Neil were fantastic from the very beginning. They kept in touch with us through video calls, offering expert wedding tips and advice that were incredibly helpful when planning the timing of the day. They also checked in regularly in the lead-up to our wedding, which we really appreciated.

When it came to the day they were great, as we had a compact wedding they effectively helped us run the whole day. The photographs taken were amazing and as I am not a natural in front of the camera, they gave simple instructions to make even me look presentable!

Their thoughtful email drop-ins throughout the process were such a lovely touch — the guides were incredibly useful (playlist links!) and so helpful.

On the day, they were a fantastic addition. Their professionalism, warmth, and humour made us feel completely relaxed, even though being in front of the camera doesn’t come naturally to us. The GIF package is brilliant — we’ve loved watching them back and reliving all the little moments you miss on the day.
