Not great on the delivery of goods
Liquidline as a company I have no problem with. Good service, good products, Excellent staff and good equipment. Sadly the delivery company they use lets them down.

maintenance query
I spoke to Pamela regarding a query about our account. She listened attentively and patiently to my query and responded politely, warmly and professionally.
She endeavoured to solve the problem immediately but, due to a meeting of the appropriate staff, wasn't able to. She calmly took my details, checked them with me, and promised to get back to me as soon as the staff became available.
I then asked another question about our account which she was able to solve for me straight away. I would definitely speak to Pamela at Liquidline again.

A short while later I received an email from Clive Roberts with a detailed email explaining how to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue. I followed his instructions and managed to get the machine working again. Thank you for the quick response and help.
