Very quick service

Reported a problem with our coffee machine on Tuesday and had an engineer here on Wednesday to repair it. Excellent service and very nice chap fixed our machine.

Its easy to place orders

Its easy to place orders. Delivery is made in the time promised. The only thing is that the packaging is always damaged/ torn. The delivery people need to handle the delivery with care.

Had an issue with the aquablu machine…

Had an issue with the aquablu machine and coffee machine. The polite engineer came and fixed the problem with out a hitch. So polite and super helpful.

Ordered and paid for goods had one…

Ordered and paid for goods had one parcel delivered today missing two other items no one has told us they were going to be late or delivered separately
UPDATE parcel were separated and are now being delivered today. Company has got back to us quickly and are going to change the way things are done but we are new to them and are not use to the company the other company sent altogether will see what happens if we order again I have amended the stars to reflect that a problem happened and has been sorted
Further update just heard from APC they are to blame for the parcels going missing grateful for the call from them awaiting delivery today
