The shipping from China to Canada was decent however the Canadian second handover took longer possibly due to xmass season.

Ordered a leather jacket and included…
Ordered a leather jacket and included which logos I wanted on it. The jacket arrived incorrect and they refused a return with a refund. It was also fake leather and the logos are screen printed on. Low quality. They also have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website.

Very cheap made and size is not true
Very cheap made and size is not true. What a waste of money. Should have known better. The supposed to be leather vest feels like plastic. All for 90 bucks. What a rip off!!!!!!

Nice products! I bought 2 products to christmas gift to bring it to Denmark, but I haven't yet sende it. I hope the sizes I order, are perfect. Time delicering was less than a month!

Custom cup is PERFECT!
Ok, so I ordered my cup and received no confirmation of the order. I was worried I was scammed. So I reach out to them and it took sometime to get a response but they assured me it was being made and shipped.
I just received my order and I am AMAZED! My nephews going to love it and it is so well made. I wish I could leave a picture.

Zero communication!!!
Placed an order 12/2/2024 for a 5x5 Dewalt rug. I made an account with the company when I placed my order. Never received a conformation of my order but received an email every day for 5 days about how great their company is!! I have sent several emails asking about the status of my order and have had no response. Now I magically no longer have an account and emails are not going through at all...keeps saying cannot send, error. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. This company is a SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They ruined CHRISTMAS!!

Nice product---Too many emails
I would have given you a higher score, but once i purchased the shirts, you kept sending emails about your company. I think you sent 5 even though I asked you to stop. I didn't even read the emails because I knew they were just about the company, and not the shirts I ordered.
Incidentally, i was extremely pleased with the arrival time of the shirts. Will know more when my son and his wife see them on Christmas Eve. But they look to be exactly what I ordered and the personalization looks perfect.
