No customer service or support
I ordered a shirt, hoodie, and jacket. We took body measurements and according to their sizing chart placed order. All items came quickly but none of them fit. Two items too small and one item too big. I have been trying to reach customer service for weeks with no response. I send an email every few days with no response. Not sure what to do next. Hoping for a response soon.

I ordered a leather jacket and a representative even sent me a confirmation email confirming that I had ordered a leather jacket and it even had sample pictures of what my jacket would look like but they sent me a faux leather jacket instead and insisted that I had actually ordered a faux leather jacket instead of a leather jacket even after I sent them the confirmation email saying it was a leather jacket I had ordered. Then they absolutely refused to give me a refund when it states directly on their website that if you're not satisfied with your order then you're entitled to a full refund. Absolute scam. Again, I was sent a confirmation email confirming it was a LEATHER JACKET that I had ordered. You can stop lying about this anytime you're ready to.

The website was misleading the…
The website was misleading the sweatshirt/ shirt showed that it was high quality. I ordered an extra large which I always order. I couldn't even zipper it up..the quality is very thin. I emailed and said I was very dissatisfied and didn't get anywhere with the sales personnel, customer satisfaction. I would never order anything from the company again. I will be spreading the word of my dissatisfaction, very disappointed and misleading.

Excellent product. Got the MR2 leather bomber jacket. Ordered a Large and it fit me well enough to love it, but I can fit in a range Large sizes. If you run slightly bigger, get the next size up. Love the jacket. Exactly as ordered. Takes a bit to arrive, be patient.

Ordered a large pull over
Ordered a large pull over. Size ran really big! Sleeves were over 3” too long! I’m 5’8” so not a real tall guy but had to take and get them tailored. After my order I was sent several emails with offers for 20% off my next order. The code in the email did not work? I emailed their customer service several times and never received one response!

The shirt I bought was supposed to be medium but it's like an extra large, they said rather than send back they give me 30 off another shirt,the shirt was 69 dollars that doesn't seem fair and also I bought another shirt same order and the collar is so big it looks like it fits a clown, so no I'm not happy I spent a hundred and can't wear neither one.
