Fast affordable service with great cotton tea towels. However although I kept them, having ordered what I thought were navy and white cotton check tea towels, they arrived with massive red embroidered writing on them as well which wasn't pictured in the website photo

I am emailing about the above order number (14922 - Velosso Orleans Diamante Silver Duvet Cover & Pillowcase Set × 1 £21.95).

I’d like to put in a complaint about this product as I only ordered this on 27th December, receiving on the 31st December (so not even a month ago) and the quality is shocking.

It doesn’t fit the super king duvet as stated, the material saga everywhere and has a hole by the stitching of the velvet part. I am not happy with this product at all, but I know that it is unable to be returned now.

I would like some acknowledgment of this please.

Easy navigate website . Received very quickly . Beautiful look , felt premium in quality , shiny but not slippery

When I placed an order for a small item, a delivery charge of £5.95 was added to my order, which I paid.

The estimated delivery date was by 13 December but it did not arrive by then. I then received a ‘fee to pay’ notice from Royal Mail requesting £5 to have the item delivered, which I paid. When it arrived on 27 December, there was a sticker on it saying ‘no postage paid by sender’.

During the above process, I sent 4 emails to Customer Service at Linens Online but no response received. Basically I paid to have it posted, Linens Online did not pay the postage and I had to pay it again!

Warning to anyone thinking of placing an order -DON’T! They are an untrustworthy trader and their customer service is non-existent.

The towels are terrible quality so thin I will not be using them. Will donate to charity

Only one of the five website images for each of the tea towels indicates that they are branded as Shaws Direct.com, the other four images having no apparent branding. I'm disappointed that all 8 of the tea towels I received are so heavily branded, such that my kitchen is now draped with permanent advertisements for the supplier rather than tea towels. Had I known that's what I'd receive, I'd have ordered elsewhere.

Lovely voiles arrived really quickly , very pleased

No refund received despite returning tea towels and follow up email with proof of return on 23rd September. Emails ignored. Tea towels were not as advertised but came with large red logo on one side.

I ordered 4 Egyptian Cotton bath sheets and 4 pillow cases. Only 3 towels arrived and no pillow cases. Customer service say footage shows everything being packed, but my package arrived untampered with and missing these items which leads me to believe the 'footage' that has no been shared is an excuse to avoid a refund or correcting the order. First time customer that don't return and out if pocket. Avoid.

Bought a duvet cover , within a few weeks the threads started to come away. When the cover became too poor to continue to use due to the reoccurring thread issue , I contacted this company reporting a quality issue with the duvet . They were not interested and the customer service was very poor. AVOID
