Not worth one star! I returned two duvet sets as they were unsuitable. The courier confirmed the return delivery and provided a proof of delivery photograph on 5th August.
Linensonline said they couldn't see the tracking online and asked for proof. I explained how to access it and to date they have ignored my emails. The package has been in their possession for over 5 weeks now. Their customer service doesn't exist, it is impossible to speak to a human on the phone or on online chat. I am pursuing my claim for a refund via my bank. I would not recommend Linensonline.

Ordering was easy for me . Delivery was fine. Curtains are the right colour but one is longer than the other and the top of one isn't greatly stitched. But ok when hung.

The whole procedure,ordering and receiving etc went without a hitch.The product was good and would order from you in future.

Bought 2 duvet covers for holiday let (Velosdo Tonal Stripe Black Duvet Cover & Pillowcase) Both hard and scratchy so washed twice to try to soften, still hard and scratchy and unusable and, of course, non-returnable as washed. Won’t be trying anything else from there.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of curtains nine days ago. Despite their claims that curtains will be dispatched the same day, I still haven't received anything and despite trying to chase for an update multiple times, I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Amazing how quickly they take the money and yet the service is appalling. By comparison, I also ordered some other curtains for a different room from a known high street retailer the same day. In the same timeframe, I received excellent communication from them, the order was delivered. Due to an issue, I had to get in touch and I have already had the issue rectified and a new set of curtains received. And here I am with Linens Online, still not having heard a peep or receiving my initial order.

I purchased 3 pairs of curtains which all arrived before date given all very efficient. The curtains are as described and fit well. My issue is l bought two pairs to hang together they are not exactly the same colour one pair more gold than ochre. However this does not show too badly when hung in the bedroom. I would use this company again as the curtains are great value for money.
