Invalid discount codes sent out
I was using a voucher I received from virgin wines. The voucher returned an invalid code message. It took several emails to resolve. Given it was a current offer it really shouldn’t have taken so long. I was then expected to act in good faith and hope they refund the difference. Chocolates were great but not sure I’ll purchase again
