Ordered Halloween pyjamas in July, with delivery promised for mid-September. When they hadn’t arrived by the end of September, I contacted the page and was told to expect them within “1–2 weeks”. I patiently waited, giving Hannah the benefit of the doubt.

I’ve now been told delivery isn’t anticipated until 26th October onwards. That’s potentially the week of Halloween, for pyjamas ordered THREE MONTHS earlier! 🎃

After doing some digging on Facebook, I’ve come across multiple complaints from other customers describing a pattern of:
🚩 Delayed postage, well beyond promised timeframes
🚩 Orders allegedly never arriving
🚩 Customers being asked to leave positive reviews

I’ve now disputed the payment with my bank and received my refund.

Honestly, ordering seasonal items months in advance should not result in this level of stress and disappointment. Halloween pyjamas arriving in the week of Halloween completely defeats the point of ordering early.

My advice? Do your research before ordering. I certainly wouldn’t recommend Hannah’s boutique based on my experience. 👎

Would leave 0 stars!! She asks people to leave reviews on google for her to look legitimate. Does not send orders out, then when asked makes up excuses every time. When asked for a refund, said she sent it but still haven’t received anything! Now telling me it will be issued when they’re back open. ordered 20th August and still nothing, we are in October!! She is all over Facebook for scamming. Do not believe these reviews ( I once left a good review like asked and now I highly regret it!!!!)
I am owed 16 items from this place. Just type the company into fb and read what others are saying.
