Do NOT buy from this website! The pictures and description of the dress I ordered did not match the item I received at all. I received a cheap, shapeless, pajama-looking dress. The pretty embroidery and lace details that I was excited about were simply printed on the dress. It was hideous.

The company was good to respond to my emails, but expected me to pay for return shipping ($40-$50) for an item that they never should have sold in the first place. I am so angry at myself for not looking into this company more before making a purchase. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY from this company.

Atelier Oliver presents itself as a high-end, carefully made brand. The website is polished, the photography is beautiful, and the prices match that image. What actually arrives does not.

My order took 3weeks to show up because it ships from China, which isn't made clear up front for a brand positioning itself this way. When it finally arrived, the quality was a real letdown. Thin fabric, careless construction, and a fit that was off on every single piece. Nothing matched the sizing or the photos.

The easiest way to describe it is Temu with better marketing. The difference is that Temu charges Temu prices. Atelier Oliver charges boutique prices for the same caliber of product.

I would not recommend ordering from them. If you're considering it, save your money and your time.

Bought the Adam Stand Collar Jacket , arrived fast and the quality is well worth the price. Will definitely shop here again as its nearly winter so i need some good quality cheap jackets

I would give this store negative 10 of possible. I have a problem with my order and cannot get help or a refund. I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding on this website and I have tried to call the number several time which is a UK number that goes straight to voicemail. I left messages. I have emailed and can’t get a response. I wanted to cancel the order as it is being sent to the wrong address in another state! I started emailing and calling as soon as I placed the order and realized shop had my old address. They shipped the item anyway from China and I am now out $60 without a dress for the wedding and will have to buy another. I will never receive this item and I just want my money back! Order AO6803!

Bought a couple pairs of shorts for a short trip. Needed them by a certain date and i communicated that to the customer support and they made sure my order was fulfilled asap. Super impressed. Will come back for my next haul

I recently just bought the austin v-neck t-shirt, and I actaully really liked the quality. I thought it was going to be a super low quality piece of clothing, but it surprised me. Only thing I really didn't like was the shipping, it took like 3 days longer than stated, but perhaps I got unlucky.

I ordered a suit and a pair of shoes, and what arrived looked nothing like the photos on the website. The quality was terrible, and the gap between what's advertised and what's delivered is so big that I honestly believe it's intentional. In my opinion, they show you one product and ship you something completely different. I was so disappointed I didn't even bother sending them back. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered a sweater and when it came it was so huge, probably an xxl when I ordered large but it was snug over the hips and the sleeves were inches too long. It also didn’t have any tags inside, not for the size nor the fabric content. And the material was almost like plastic. Terrible quality. Their website says you can return items to Australia for $5-10, but when I wanted to return the sweater, they said it should be returned to China for $40-50. No one should buy from this company.

This company doesn't allow you to return merchandise and get a full refund. To get a full refund you would have to ship merchandise to China and pay $40 to $50 dollars in shipping which may be more than the cost of the item itself. They might let you keep it and give you a 15% refund but you're stuck with a useless piece of merchandise and you lost money too. It took 4 emails to finally get a response and they were requesting pictures of the item which made no sense. Horrible experience! Don't buy from this company! Not worth the headache or loss of money.

I ordered $70 shoes and they shipped two sizes too small. The quality is also terrible super cheap. I asked for refund they indicated it would cost $50. NOTE THEY ARE IN CHINA not london or australia. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. fast fashion all the way.

bought some linen pants and a shirt - quality was OK and probably about right for how much I paid, shipping took maybe 10 days? A tad longer, not sure, overall happy wiht my experience

Ordered clothes for a special family gathering. Quality was poor / had fake pants pockets, was not made of Linen and did not fit according to their guidelines. I contacted them about a return and was told I had to ship to their warehouse in China and that it would cost me between $30 and $40 to ship, and a refund would only be issued after they confirmed receipt there and that there was no damage to the clothes. Then, instead of that, they responded that I could have 20% off my next order, as if I would ever buy from them again
