I had a great experience with Lilliloco. The piece is beautiful and exactly as described. It was very well packed and arrived quickly. Communication was clear and professional, and everything went smoothly from purchase to delivery. A reliable seller with great attention to detail. I would definitely buy again.

Navigation on the website is great. Communication is amazing across all of their platforms. There was a small issue with the piece I purchased. When I reached out to them they were so gracious about everything. We were able to agree on a solution that left everyone happy. Would 100% recommend doing business with this company. I was so excited to recieve my item so quickly, especially being across the pond. I would say, and this is me being picky, for the price on some pieces, and for the fact that most pieces are Antique, Victorian, or Vintage, the lack of "provenance," if you will, was a little disheartening. I love antiques and vintage itmes. They are made so much more special when they come with photos and the story of how they were found or acquired.

My item looked even better IRL than on the website. I ordered 9ct gold earrings and they have the same saturation of color as modern 14ct gold earrings that I own. The antique pieces are better quality.

I love my chain and pendant so much! I placed 2 separate orders a couple months apart, one layaway and one a regular purchase. The layaway program was super easy, and a really nice option for pricier items. With my second purchase, the store had no problem holding the item for a bit and combining the shipping for me. The shipping to Canada was super fast, and had great options for delivery. Very good experience!

Processes are improving (timely invoicing, shipping after last payment, shipping correct item), but cost to change your mind and apply payment to a different object is excessive.
