Great customer service and pricing
I ordered a large quantity of led 4ft & 8ft replacement T8 tube lights to update our shop and office space lighting. A number of the 4 ft were shattered upon arrival and after contacting customer service here, I was sent replacements to all led T8 tube lights as well as extras. Very much appreciated and give 5 stars for customer support and pricing.

When I received my LED bulbs, I had one that failed to work upon installation. I contacted customer service and within a couple days I received a replacement. Bulbs where well packaged

Partial Order Only Received
I received my light fixtures and yet to receive my photocells for the fixtures. UPS states on their website that a label was created and you have yet to ship them out. Your customer service as of Monday stated that they were in Taylor, MI. and should've arrived the following day. There has been no follow up from your company on this.

Not easy to install
Not easy to install. There are no detailed installation instructions. The connecting wire was too short,so I added another wire and installed it. The fixing to the T bar ceiling is so loose that it keeps falling off.

My online orders at first seemed to be complete. However I was contacted and asked to “complete” my orders. The online order process is not clear that additional steps were required. The process needs to be unmistakable as to when the order is complete.
