After ordering 6 bulbs and receiving them having been picked wrong. I was pleased that the correct bulbs were sent out on next day delivery. (I had only opted to standard delivery on the original order) these arrived in perfect condition. I have reordered more bulbs and looking forward to getting them fitted. Customer service was very good and helpful advise also.

Good: Prices, choice of products, speed of delivery, products as described
Bad: G9 lightbulbs don't fit properly in fittings (I have also had this with LED bulbs from other retailers - fixed with Blutack!); free gifts offered as promotions never seem to materialise (on all 4 occasions)

Fast, not expensive, and the bulbs, lines, etc. are shiny and good quality products.

I was not sure that I understood Lumens .I have had low energy lamps in the kitchen that equated to 150watts and I worried if the biggest LED that Lightrabbit seemed to have was said to be equated to 100watts would it be bright enough ?
I need not have worried at all every bit as good if not better AND INSTANT TOO will definitely be getting more LEDs when needed and Lightrabbit seem to have good prices

I made a purchase that proved to be a mistake, my fault but the company took the LED's back for refund (28 day return policy) that's what I call service.

I needed a light quickly and spoke to guy at LightRabbit on 4 seperate times. At all times he was calm and helpful. It wasn't guaranteed but the light came the next day.

Will use them again when buying more led lights

I placed the order online which was nice and easy and the bulbs were with me next day. Well packaged and light is much better than expected.

I bought an LED-dimmer switch, It turned out to be unsuitable for UK market but LightRabbit were extremely helpful about this, even offering their e-mail as proof of their promise to refund return postage (infinitely better than most firms, who argue about return postage for months even when you quote the law that states that they're responsible for return postage on goods not useable!) - so would recommend this company to anyone & will use them again.

Ok so the customer service let them down. communication was really quite poor with distinct lack of information on my order, which was out of stock! When the order did arrive the packing was damaged but it was well packed so no damage to the goods. Having now installed the lights I am very pleased with their quality and performance so far (only been a few days).
I would order again on the basis of quality of product ...but the customer service a real disappointment.

Used LightRabbit a couple of times now; good prices, good products, and rapid delivery - what more is there to say?

I ordered some downlighters for a bathroom along with some bulbs. None of the items were shown out of stock but after paying I way informed that some of the downlighters were. After 2 weeks they still have not arrived and I haven't heard anything from LightRabbit. I wont be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Purchased a 9W B22 LED bulb for a customer who was fed up, forever calling me out, to change a light bulb on an external light fitting.
The fitting was high and required a ladder, which was a pain on a wet, cold, winters day.
The customer also wanted a bright light equivalent to a 100W lamp.
The B22 is only 80W equivalent, but far exceeded her and my expectations.
I may have lost that particular job for a long time now, but hey! Who wants to keep going up a ladder? Especially when you suffer from vertigo!

Excellent company to deal with. I had a query pre order, they were very helpful over the phone. Order was despatched and delivered very quickly, everything was as it should be. Very well run & easy to deal with.

2 X 2.5m LED strips arrived on time and as described. Some simple instructions on how to cut, pull back waterproof cover and reconnect would be useful. However this was easily found on youtube. Perhaps lightrabbit could start developing somw youtube help clips.

I have received excellent service from LightRabbitt and received the item in double quick time. I have to say I am a little disappointed with the LED G9 replacement. It is not really a good replacement for a G9 as the colour output has a green tinge to it. They are in no way similar to the G9 halogen bulbs that they where designed to replace. Not to worry as I am going to use them in a workspace where brightness is more critical than colour. I would not recommend them for a relaxing living space.
All said and done the service was excellent
