Good choice with very good detail/spec...

Whilst I have used a few LED lighting companies, the service from Lightrabbit could be better. The plus points the service was quick and when I did have a problem they responded fast. On the minus side they sent me the wrong lamps and missed off some of the order. Which meant that I have had to go out package up the box spend money resend back which takes time out of your day. This is one of the problems with internet shopping I understand but never the less frustrating.

Nothing to say here really. The shopping experience was good and I received the product I ordered quickly.

Buy these they are superb

I ordered an led mr16 lamp to replace a 35w standard unit. The light was much less and only half as positive as a similar wattage unit from Sainsbury.

Ordered LED lamps on 26 Sept. No delivery by 2 Oct, so asked what was happening. Told lamps were not in stock, but would arrive on 4 Oct and should arrive by 8 Oct. It's now after 6pm on 9 Oct and still no delivery. And the order status on the web site is still "pending", so the lamps have obviously not been dispatched yet. And you've had the cheek to debit my credit card on 26 Sept. I'm awarding only one star rating because you've taken payment from my credit card before shipping and I consider that unacceptable.

The service was exceptional. The item arrived in super fast time,the price being the best value on line .Really pleased with the item,the light output is amazing for such low wattage.

only thing i feel that was wrong is they do not how out of stocks on the website or when you place the order

I took the plunge and converted all my halogen downlights to LED equivalents, approx. 45 in number. So far the swap has been worthwhile with much brighter ambient tight and a huge dip in the heat generated/ energy used. No other company seemed to provide 120degree spread /36 element LEDs at an equivalent price.
Delivery, price and range were outstanding so now we just wait to see if they last!

I've only ordered twice, but each time I was sent the wrong bulbs. They did send the correct ones by next day delivery, and asked me to return the other bulbs. I was told I'd get the postage returned to me, after sending the bulbs back, but it took several emails, over the course of a week or so, to be told that my refund would be processed.

I was doubtful about all this, but the whole system was fairly simple, fast and efficient, just a shame the bulbs that I bought don''t fit where I wanted but I can use them elsewhere in my house, good service, I will more than likely use your company again

The GU 10s I ordered arrived very promptly, but unfortunately one of them was warm white instead of cool white as ordered. I emailed the company and the correct one arrived by return.

Mistakes can happen, but what is important to me is how the company responds. In this case, they passed with flying colours and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

two orders placed , both delivered on time , in tact and with brilliant prices . I will be back for more .

these guys make it even work for us in the US even though we can't get the free shipping they offer in the mother country.... I'll continue to use them. Time issues with the time zone change make communication difficult at times, but they do follow up and make things happen. don't hesitate to buy from this company just because they live across the big pond!

These guys are great. A small problem with my order was resolved immediately, and with goodwill in spades. They're based in Jersey so expect deliveries to take a couple of days.
