I had a very disappointing experience with Lifelong. The spin bike was delivered with a faulty part right out of the box. Instead of receiving a proper resolution for a defective product, I was asked to pay an additional ₹600 + GST just to replace the faulty part.

The product quality is disappointing, and the customer support experience has been equally frustrating. When a product arrives defective, the customer should not be expected to bear additional charges for replacing the faulty component.

For the price, I expected much better quality and after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other alternatives before purchasing a Lifelong products

I’ve had to reach out to customer service every single day for the last ten days because my package is stuck in my destination city. Every time I call them out on giving me the runaround, they reply with the exact same copy-pasted script: "I can certainly understand your frustration..." I've gone through this exact loop nine times now, and nobody is actually doing anything to fix it.

Worst ever experience bought an induction product was in warranty it stopped working they took the product told that company will give replacement company never does they told they will give refund.. still waiting

I purchased a lifelong 1 litre stainless steel pressure cooker on Amazon and was horrified to see what had arrived. Looks like they do not even bother what they're sending to the customers. The box in tatters, scratches inside the pot and No whistle.

Worst products and after-sales service experience with Lifelong. Bought a leg & calf massager 2 weeks ago which doesn't work from the day 1. Their own service technician confirmed a defective board, yet there's still no replacement or refund. Customer support only keeps raising tickets with no actual resolution and no proper response.Wouldn't recommend buying this product.

Don't belive their reviews anywhere on online place they are calling customers personally and telling them to give highest possible review in exchange of free gift and after you doing giving good rating they totally stop responding and forget that they promised something in exchange of rating so don't trust anythibg about lifelong products review online

I've now been talking to the customer service daily for nine days because my package arrived at the destination city, but never came to my house. Every day they say they are working on it, but then I tell them that they've been telling me this every day, and then they say, "I can certainly understand your frustration. Your case is in the process of being handled by our team, and they are working on it diligently. Please be patient, and we will reach out to you with a resolution shortly."

All their answers are copy and paste. I've been in this exact same loop with them about eight times now.

Pathetic Service as well as Product. Bought Projector, used for 3 months, black spots started appearing. They took product on 5th June 2026. Still after 20 days no updates. Calling Service Center every day, they do nothing.

Worst experience of my life till now. Bought a foldable walker online and till date I have not received delivery and everytime they are just giving new date of delivery with no resolution and proper response. If asked to connect to the senior they say seniors are busy on another line. It’s completely unreliable to buy something from them. Nor they are ready to cancel the order and give refund as they are not able to deliver the product. It’s completely a cheat company

Very disappointing first experience with Lifelong. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the parcel. Despite multiple follow-ups through WhatsApp, email, and social media, I kept receiving repeated template responses instead of actual investigation findings. I requested POD, receiver details, OTP confirmation, and delivery proof, but the issue remains unresolved. Not the level of customer service I expected.

Worst experience with Lifelong brand and customer support. I purchased a women’s trimmer with a 1-year warranty, but the product stopped working within one month. The quality feels extremely cheap and unreliable. Despite sharing the manufacturing date and SKU details from the box, customer care refused to help. To make things worse, I received a call where the representative spoke in a rude, abusive, and disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior from customer support is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the company, poor product quality, and fake warranty promises. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this brand.

One of the best and highest-quality brands I have been using for years is . Recently, I’ve been filling my home and kitchen with Lifelong products — from hot bags, power banks, washing machine stands, and blenders to now an air fryer, which is yet to be delivered. Still, I am fully confident that it will not disappoint me.

I honestly don’t understand why some people complain so much about after-sales service, because in my experience, their support has been excellent. Whenever I faced any issue, it was resolved genuinely and professionally. I’m truly grateful to Lifelong for bringing such quality products to India at such affordable prices.

The only thing I would suggest improving is faster delivery. Apart from that, I have absolutely no complaints — every product I’ve used has been fabulous.

Also, don’t blindly trust every negative review online. I have personally seen incidents on Amazon where people intentionally mislead others. For example, I came across a review of the air fryer where someone used a completely different plug socket and falsely claimed the product was not working.

Finally, I just want to say:
THANK YOU, LIFELONG, for delivering such wonderful products and maintaining quality at affordable prices.

You won’t get any after sales service when you call customer care they will only ask to call next and service guy will come soon but even after multiple weeks no one will come customer service will say yo can take action

If you'll purchase lifelong product, you'll regret as they have one of the worst aftersale service in whole world.

It's good to have a lifelong company, but even the customer service executives do their best. However, their seniors and service partner teams don't take anything seriously and leave everything to the executives....
Electronic devices are products that will inevitably break down at some point, but no matter how much the executive does their best, these service partners and seniors don't let them live properly.... And one more thing, the executives on the front line channel also get an earful from people just because they haven't
contacted the backend team... So this is wrong. If a problem doesn't get a solution in one go, or even in two, then the senior should insist on taking the call, but it's not right to reprimand the front line channel.

I bought treadmill for ₹16,000. It has been almost a year , and the motor is already damaged. Now they are asking ₹13,000 for motor repair. This is almost the price of the treadmill.

Worst after sales service I have ever seen in my life, They couldn't solve my 40 days old issue till today and calling me every alternative day asking if issue is resolved or not, You have to resolve my issue you should know if it is resolved or not.

I purchased a Lifelong mixer grinder from Retail Sparx at Lifestyle Metropolis Mall, which came with a one-year warranty card. I used it barely ten times, and within just two months, the small jar stopped working and damaged the motor coupler. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed the product was under warranty and assured me of service. However, despite multiple complaints, I received neither support nor a replacement. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Based on this, I strongly advise against buying Lifelong products — the service is unreliable, and the product quality is disappointing.This was one of the wrost service experience I've had.

The customer experience is extremely bad here. I had bought online tricycle which was defective.
I dropped the mail to the customer care. They replied that they tried to connect with me but could not connect hence closing the ticket.

Without knowing my contact number, they had replied this. This is how they give excuses and run away from their duty.
