Shipping times are terrible, poor customer service

This was completely overpriced I spent over 70 dollars and was totally ripped off because I could have gotten better licorice at the dollar store for 2 bucks honestly, the only thing semi good about this is the packaging, NONE of it had any flavor at all, the sour twists "NOTHING SOUR ABOUT EM" the Australian "soft" Nothing soft and chewy about it hard as a rock i mean it was a complete scam please dont order from this place save your money and go to the dollar store and buy a couple of bags from there wish I would have checked into some reviews before ordering but my husband impulse buys things he sees ads for on FB please dont be like him lol smh just dont do it

I had high hopes for this product. I ordered a bundle as a Christmas gift for my husband. It didn’t ship on time and the company fully refunded my shipping fees, which was unexpected and great.

Unfortunately, while the packaging looks quite nice, it is not in the least air tight, and upon opening the 6 packages of a variety of licorice items, they were all stale. The flavors were weak, the licorice was dry and tough. I ordered the Australian green apple, Australian mix, blue raspberry, cinnamon, strawberries and cream and rainbow roll. The strawberries and cream and rainbow rolls broke up into little pieces because they were so brittle. The only one with any sort of flavor was the cinnamon.

This wouldn’t be such a terrible problem, except this was $100 worth of licorice. I’ve spent $25 for the same amount of basic store bought licorice which has been softer and more flavorful.

I’m really disappointed and embarrassed to have given such a sad gift, and to have wasted so money. The only reason for the second star was the initial customer service.

My wife is huge fan of licorice, but she’s never heard of this company. I gave her the mixed box on Valentine’s Day and she LOVED it! I got big points for the perfect gift. The licorice is really delicious and the packaging exceptional. I highly recommend this licorice!

I speak to companies worldwide about making the leap from customer service to customer experience. Licorice.com gets it! Service is fixing a problem. Experience is how the customer FEELS after the interaction. After dealing with a problem (my stupid mistake) I had with an order, licorice.com went above and beyond to fix it. Great company and great people.

This company SUCKS! They sent me the wrong products and will NOT help me solve this issue. Not my 1st order with them! I even paid extra to get Free Shipping on all orders..

Thegetti g ahold of customer service is a nightmare- no response days They use fedx and when package not delivered it is up to customer to let shipper know !!! Then I get no response over and over as they say overwhelming e mail - well let me talk to real person!!!! Product good but not worth all this worry and shipping 3 times

Product almost inedible that was gifted at Christmas.hard to chew in less than a mos time. Spent a lot of money on 2 samplers .not satisfied at all. Have previously eaten your product that wasn't like this. How long do you have to eat before it goes dry..

Actually , my first order was lost ! Contacted Customer service and they responding to my email in about hour !Gave me a choice of refund or reshipment . I gave them a second chance and am happy with quality ! I tried the Aussie Red and Cinnamon shorties . The Aussie Red is fruity but not too sweet ! The Cinnamon Shorties great ! Both nice and soft ! Shout Out to customer service !!!!!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by my order. I ordered a sampler pack for Christmas. It was the Holiday pack (I don't remember which one exactly). The packaging is fabulous and the presentation is awesome. . .but the taste does NOT live up to what I thought I would get. In the sampler pack were snowman (red and green) and christmas trees (red and green) and they tasted exactly the same. They were soft, but absolutely no taste whatsoever. I thought maybe cherry or lime or mint. . .but nothing. It was chewing for the sake of chewing. And there were some red and one twists. . .again, they were soft. . .but tasted like plastic. Not strawberry, or cherry or any taste associated with it. The strawberry and green sour twists were good. But the sour watermelon twists were not sour at all. I don't think I will be ordering again.

My husband bought a bunch for me for Christmas knowing that I love licorice. I wasn't impressed. Tried one from each container and was very disappointed. Taste is a 1 and so overpriced

I have made several purchases in the past and enjoyed every item I received.. During their holiday sale a purchased several items from their different stores. I didn't meet the criteria for some of their specials and after emailing their customer service and receiving awesome service my Christmas presents ordered were a hit with me family.. The packaging is totally professional and appealing. With that being said, the drastic downfall is the ingredients of the licorice: “High fructose corn syrup” bad stuff not like cane sugar that is heathy for consumption of all family members.

Very disappointing! Cheep unhealthy ingredients. All for a high price.

It's been almost three weeks since I ordered through Shop and I have still not received my licorice order. It was my first time ordering and UPS apparently lost my shipment. When I called a week later, the service rep apologized and promised to send me another. Rather than expedite it, they put in the regular warehouse line, so it took a while for me to receive notice it had been shipped, and they used the same slow shipping method. Here it is almost two weeks later and it still hasn't arrived. I expect better service from a company like this and will not be ordering again, no matter how good the licorice, which at present I don't know because I still haven't received it.
It finally came on 12/24 in a damaged box with the tube containing the licorice popped open, which is why I have changed my review from two stars to one.

Company charges a premium for shipping and states that it ships in 1 to 2 business days with delivery in 4 to 7 business days. False. My order didn’t ship for 6 business days and now I’m supposed to receive it at best in 11 business days. Typical company that flat out lies and has zero accountability.

Took forever to receive then when we did, the licorice was terrible. We got the candy coated which we believe was old and outdated or from a reject batch. Each candy is a different shape and size, the candy coating is rough in texture with many pieces not completely coated, the colors are dull
and faded and the licorice is hard as a rock.
I would not buy this again nor anything from this company. The packaging is nice.

We ordered 200.00 worth of licorice for Christmas Gifts on December 12th. They said 3 to 6 business days. On the 6th day with no information, we decided to cancel the order. Not happy with the website

What started as a shaky, negative experience became a very positive experience with outstanding customer-centered service.

Underwhelmed. The flavors are just so so, with some having a very artificial taste. The licorice isn’t any softer than store bought Twizzlers! Feel like I got “got” by their ads. Won’t be ordering again.
So disappointed ☹️

I really look forward to the shipment. I have seen the advertisements over and over and over so I bought some couldn’t wait for it to get here. Well when I got here it was like my licorice was almost hard candy. It was all so hard and I was so disappointed
