Pay for fast service and get anything but fast
Ordered skipped the 4 hour adjustment period so they could print and send quickly. Paid premium for delivery in 4-5 days only to recieve a notice that ghey have just sent it 7 days later. Now it will arrive too late and paid an arm and a leg for nothing.

Because your order fell across the Easter long weekend, with Good Friday and Easter Monday both being public holidays, production took a little longer than usual. We did dispatch your book within our standard 3 business days.
Unfortunately, once dispatched, theexpress service took longer than its usual 1-2 days to reach you, which is completely outside our control but no less frustrating.
Because we never want a customer to be anything less than 100% satisfied, we issued you a full refund before we even saw this review.
We hope the book was still a hit when it arrived and we'd love the chance to look after you better next time.

This is absolutely ridiculous! 😡 We ordered a personalized book for Father's Day in ITALIAN, and you sent us someone else’s book entirely! It’s in the wrong language, with the wrong story, and completely different characters. This feels like a total scam. Nous avons commandé un livre…
Nous avons commandé un livre franco-anglais. Librio affirme que le livre est imprimé en 2 jours. C'est complètement faux. Notre commande date du Lundi 9 Mars à 10H00 environ. Le livre a été reçu chez DHL Le vendredi 13. Nous avons débousé 16 Euros pour une expédition rapide !!!!! Nous voulions l'offrir ce dimanche 15 Mars. Bravo pour votre incompétence.
Après réponse de Librio. je persiste et signe : le livre est arrivé chez DHL le VENDREDI

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre expérience n'ait pas été positive.
Comme indiqué sur notre site, les commandes sont expédiées sous 2 à 3 jours. Votre commande a été expédiée jeudi, soit trois jours après sa création, avec un service DHL 24 heures. Nous faisons toujours tout notre possible pour expédier les livres dans les délais annoncés et, dans ce cas, nous avons respecté ce délai.
Malheureusement, nous avons depuis appris que votre colis est bien arrivé en France vendredi matin comme prévu, mais a ensuite été bloqué en raison d'une grève, ce qui a retardé sa livraison finale. Cette situation était totalement indépendante de notre volonté et de celle de DHL. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que cela ait retardé la réception de votre commande, et nous vous avons remboursé intégralement les frais d'expédition express.
Nous espérons malgré tout que le livre vous plaira et qu'il fera un beau cadeau.
UPDATE :
Suite à votre réponse, nous souhaitons confirmer que le colis a bien été remis à DHL jeudi, comme indiqué dans le lien de suivi, et qu'il est arrivé en France vendredi matin dans les délais prévus. Le retard de livraison est malheureusement dû à une grève qui a perturbé la distribution à ce moment-là, ce qui était hors de notre contrôle et de celui de DHL.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass du diese Erfahrung machen musstest. Wir möchten, dass jede Bestellung bei Librio positiv in Erinnerung bleibt und bedauern sehr, dass wir deine Erwartungen dieses Mal nicht erfüllen konnten. Am schnellsten können wir helfen, wenn du dich direkt bei uns meldest. Wir finden dann sofort eine passende Lösung.
Wir haben deine Bestellung wie gewohnt schnellstmöglich versendet. Leider hat UPS trotz gebuchter Express-Lieferung (24-Stunden-Service) insgesamt 12 Tage für die Zustellung benötigt. Das ist selbstverständlich nicht akzeptabel. Dass das Buch zusätzlich beschädigt bei dir angekommen ist, macht die Situation umso frustrierender. Wir können deine Enttäuschung sehr gut nachvollziehen.
Unser Support-Team kümmert sich darum und meldet sich zeitnah bei dir, um alles schnell und unkompliziert zu lösen. Selbstverständlich erhältst du eine vollständige Erstattung und ein neues, einwandfreies Exemplar.
Ein wunderschönes buch.

Individualisiertes Buch- sehr gute Qualität
Ich habe ein personalisiertes Buch zur Taufe meiner Nichte bei Librio gekauft. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und die Qualität und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind wirklich super. Die Geschichte ist sehr schön illustriert und auch sehr schön und kindgerecht geschrieben.

Selten einen so liebevollen Shop erlebt
Habe ein Personalisiertes Buch zur Geburt " Willkommen auf der Welt.... im Hard Cover bestellt. Ich wurde vom Tag der Bestellung bis kurz vor Ankunft des Buches, mit so liebevollen und schönen Emails über den Momentanen Bestellstatus informiert, das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Unglaublich. Selbst die Verpackung (im aufgeklappten Zustand ein Bär) ist so nett gemacht. Und das Buch ist wirklich schön von den Farben und sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Bin total begeistert, es war jeden Cent wert. Da ich dieses Jahr noch 2 Bücher benötige freue ich mich schon auf den nächsten Bestellvorgang. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
