Ich bin mega zufrieden mit diesem Online Shop. Er hat viele Kinderbücher zu bieten, viele Malbücher und übungshefte. Es gint einfach alles was einen Kind beschäftigen wird. Die Preise sind unschlagbar, günstiger findet man es definitiv nicht. Ab 50€ ist der versand nach Deutschland umsonst. Aber jeder Cent ist es wert. Endlich hat unsere Tochter ihre lieblings charaktere als Bücher und lernhefte. So macht das lernen und spielen umso mehr spaß. Die Mitarbeiter sind mega nett und melden sich immer wenn es etwas gibt, sie finden immer eine lösung und es gibt als Entschuldigung auch ein kleines geschenk. Der versand variiert zwischen 3 und 6 wochen aber das warten lohnt sich. Ich habe nunr meine vierte Bestellung aufgegeben und werde weiterhin bestellen.

We bought a bunch of books for our little kid. The package arrived the next day.
Books are amazing and prices are very affordable. They also have a good variety of boardgames. Please note that some books/games are with longer waiting period.
We are very happy and will order again.

Great service and bargain prices
I placed orders in May. The order was quite large. To be honest,I was a little worried whether everything would reach England. A week later they responded and offered to replace one book with a similar one because the one I ordered was not available. During the entire time, I was constantly informed about the status of the order. And finally today I received the long-awaited books. I am absolutely delighted and grateful. As for the delivery time, I think you can wait because they order from suppliers. Especially because the prices are so low.

Scam
I placed an order with Libplanet for 7 books, totaling €67. After the payment, I was informed that some of the books were not currently available and would be sent later. Eventually, I received only one book.
Despite multiple follow-up emails, the company stopped responding and never refunded the remaining amount. It’s been weeks with no resolution, no communication, and no sign of the other books.

As mentioned in your review, you chose to receive part of your order, which was delivered accordingly. A partial refund for the remaining items was issued at the end of May, as you requested.
Despite this, you insisted to Revolut that no items were received.
Although we had proof of delivery from our transportation company, we honored your claim and issued a full refund in June as a goodwill gesture, trusting our customers’ statements even when claims do reflect the facts.
We always handle orders and refunds transparently and remain available for any further assistance.

The book order was placed at the end of January
The book order was placed at the end of January and it was very expensive — over 300 euros. Later, there was correspondence stating that some of the books were unavailable and others needed to be replaced. Eventually, I was informed that the order had been shipped and that a refund would be issued for one book.
What do I have now? I don’t have my 300 euros, I haven’t received the refund for the book (which was promised two weeks ago), and I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE WITH THE BOOKS!
This is absolutely outrageous and clearly a scam. Do not fall for the prices — it’s nothing but stress and a waste of money.

Horrible store lost 150 euro
Horrible store. Ordered books, nothing was shipped for a month.
I have asked for refund. They claimed it was sent back to me.
Nothing was received back ! Triple checked with Revolut service, no trace of refund being sent.
Lost 150 euro with this dishonest service.
Avoid!!!
P.S. All they are saying is false ,Revolut confirmed they Never received anything from them. Avoid this store!
