I have purchased several dolls from Leyadoll for my grand daughters and grand son. They are all amazing qualit and sweet little treasures for My babies. My grand babies love them and so do I.

I really like the doll a lot! They were fast to communicate after the purchase, but it was very frustrating to wait as long as I had to wait. If i had known ahead of time this was coming from China I would not have purchased because of how long it takes for things to arrive from there. However, because of the product and communication I gave them 4 stars.

I bought the Cherry doll for our granddaughter. I can't wait to give it to her for her birthday! This doll is well-made and I appreciate that it's safe for babies. She's so cute with her little pigtails! Shipping was a bit of a wait, but it was packaged well.

Adorable doll. Great quality. Bought the book with mini doll as well and daughter loves it. Great gift.

I placed my order on November 14, 2024 and up until now I still haven’t received it. I contacted them around the first week of December and asked for an update regarding my order. They said that it’s with Canada Post and since Canada Post has a strike issue going on, there’s going to be a delay with the delivery but it’s in their warehouse. I understood that and i’ve been patient. I contacted them again the next few days and asked if I’ll receive my order before Christmas as it’s supposed to be my christmas present for my nieces. I ordered 2 Personalized Sakura Dolls. They replied to me with the same response they gave me the first time “canada post strike issue”. I asked if there’s any chance they can be in contact with Canada Post and i’ll just pick it up at their warehouse. They didn’t answer this and said they’ll send a new one with a different courier. They did send a new one on December 11, and the tracking number says “Arrived at Sorting Center” on December 19. I contacted them on January 1st and asked if I will ever receive my order as it’s new years already! They replied with the same response they gave me “delay with the courier”. I said it doesn't matter anymore and I’d like to get a refund but they didn’t want to give me a refund. I’ve been understanding and patient since the very beginning but I think 2 months of waiting for an order is too much! Refunding my money is the least they can do for this situation. Don’t order from this shop unless you want to deal with this kind of problem!!

This beautiful little doll arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is for our new baby grandaughter. We are happy in the knowledge that it is safe for her to play with from a very early age. It will be lovely to add to her collection as she grows. Also lovely accessories to buy for her to enjoy.!

We purchased the ‘A berry special day’ book for Christmas and we love it!
I have three girls 0-6yrs and they all love playing with it, it’s handy to take it out to resturants etc as it keeps them busy when we’re waiting. It’s beautifully made and lots of different activities to do. They also do a free personalisation too.
Would recommend and look forward to ordering more items in the future!

I purchased 3 dolls one for my niece baby and the other 2 for my twin granddaughters
They were delighted lovely and soft and the names on them a lovely touch

It is nice but smaller than expected

I have purchased 5 dolls, and everyone was thrilled to receive them. The quality is outstanding. My only recommendation would be to improve the packaging. The dolls arrive in very tight shipping bags, and all of mine have looked like they were dropped from outer space, and are dirty. This needs to be much improved.

Great for my 1 year old granddaughter! No hard parts and absolutely adorable! Very well made!

This book I got is SO cute. My girl isn’t quite old enough to use it yet but I got it to work on fine motor skills when she hits that stage. Good quality book.

I feel as if I have been scammed by this company. I was so excited to place my order for the book for my new granddaughter. However, tracking shows that it was delivered a week ago and it still has not showed up. After inquiring, the company provided me with a local tracking number so I can check with my post office, and proceeds to tell me that since it shows as delivered, they cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred! I’ve never been told that before from a legit company. What really made me suspicious is that the local tracking number is not valid according to USPS. I will be taking this up with my credit card company as fraud, and I will not be ordering the doll I had planned to get for her birthday. I am beyond frustrated!
UPDATE: I have reached out via email and have received no reply regarding a mixup with tracking numbers. The email I did receive is copied below, and I did call USPS and was told this is not a valid number.

You can contact your local carrier at the provided phone number [1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777)] ASAP to arrange for the retrieval of your package. In the event that your parcel is not retrieved in a timely manner, Leyadoll cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred. Make sure to have your local tracking number [04102100000042100003344667] ready when contacting the carrier."
