Great communication, I forgot to personalise the doll but they were straight onto it, quick delivery

I placed an order with this company for two books, however, I didn’t receive a confirmation email so on the same day I emailed them to ask why. They responded to say there was no trace of my order and could I contact my bank to obtain a transaction code. This would help them to investigate further. My bank provided me with this code which I duly forwarded to the company immediately. The company did not respond so I contacted them again. This time they requested the name of the person who had placed the order and his/her email address, which I provided. For a second time I didn’t receive a response from them so I was required to follow this up, only to receive a further email asking for the transaction code again. This was sent to them. The current situation is they are claiming the order still can’t be located and have now said nothing further can be done. I’ve checked with my bank and the money has been credited to this company. No refund has been given, therefore, the bank is going to have to raise a dispute to recover my money. I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from this company to date. I would not recommend using them after my recent experience.

My 6 month granddaughter will love it Christmas Day, ordering was nice and easy. Delivered quicker than I expected.

So first impressions as my expensive 'story doll' book arrived from Hong Kong.  The outer packaging looked like a Shein/Temu package (just roughly packed with no effort to make it look presentable).  Now for the price I'd have expected it wrapped with dignity.

When opening,  the book was then surrounded by further plastic packaging.  When I finally got into the book I was again disappointed to see a squashed up story book in a squashed up further plastic holder, which once you take the book out of, impossible to fit in again.

I think this company deletes all the 4 and below ratings as they are all 5 star ratings for this item.  I have come across this before.  I will be interested to know if they take this review down.

I had ours personalised and I honestly wish I hadn't, the stitching is glittery and cheap looking.

Please save yourself money and shop elsewhere.

Further update - after Leyadoll asked me to reach out to them with my order number etc. I did this and after email after email no solution reached. Total stress and anxiety. So my score remains the same.

These dolls are not suitable for 0+ as stated. Accessories eg material dummy is glued on and can be pulled off by infant. We have complained to company and are now being completely ignored. Such a shame as thought it would make a lovely first doll from reviews I had read. Very disappointing.
UPDATE we have now received a response from Leyadoll explaining white piece of dummy is supposed to hang free and it will not be choking hazard.
Due to this response I will amend my score as customer service was positive. I would recommend private messaging them directly via Facebook rather than email as they responded quickly to this.

I purchased a doll, backpack and interactive book for our granddaughter and I was so pleased with the quality of each product. The doll is absolutely beautiful as is the book. Will definitely be purchasing again and look forward to building up a collection for our granddaughter.

I have bought quite a few of these dolls and books for my granddaughter and she loves them all. They are just gorgeous. Beautifully made, a wide range of styles to choose from and the company provide excellent customer service with easy ordering and timely delivery.

The doll was a lot smaller than the pictures led to believe and the print is not even embroidered. Surprised so many good reviews. Not sure why? When you see it next to a baby, it must be a very small baby!

I have bought at least 10 of these gorgeous dolls for my grand daughter and she's only 6 months old. These dolls are beautiful and very well made. The smiles I see from her are priceless. She's loves these dolls so much.

Ok… I gave a 5 star and here is why! I ordered Princess Coral and received the wrong doll. Yes, I was upset as it was for my daughter’s first birthday, but as you see in the attached pictures, she LOVED it! I contacted Leyadoll to let them know about what happened. They were extremely kind, sincerely apologized for the mix up, and wanted to send me the correct doll to make it right. The doll I wanted was out of stock, so they allowed me to choose another doll. They sent to me no question. The doll I chose was the new educational doll and it was supposed to be personalized as my original doll was. When it arrived, it was not personalized. Not a huge deal to me. I contacted them to let them know that my replacement doll had arrived and that it wasn’t personalized but it wasn’t a big deal and wanted them to know that I got it, thanking them! They not only apologized for it not being personalized at it should have been, but they offered to send me another replacement doll to fix their mess up. I refused the replacement doll as they were already kind enough to sent a replacement and allowed me to also keep the doll in which they sent that was incorrect. They thanked me for understanding and kindness in the situation and still gave me a 30% coupon for a future purchase! With that said, although it was my first time ordering from the company, they were kind, apologetic, and expressed sincere concern with my issue. That to me is amazing customer service and won my future business as well. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and I can honestly say, Leyadoll has it!!! Thank you, Leyadoll for everything!!!

Purchased dolls for my two granddaughters recently. I have purchased them before for different occasions and they absolutely love them! My girls are almost two years old & the dolls are great for them.

Great little dolls, I have bought several of these dolls, two pumpkin dolls, two Witch Halloween dolls, and a few of the other designs, all professionally engraved, which gives it a personal touch, they were received with thanks and were beautiful made, I cannot fault the work that must have gone into making them, excellent, first class service, highly recommend. Top Banana!!!!!
