I have been using Lextone for several months now. I have been through several carriers and systems including verizon, comcast, and other VOIP carriers like Nextiva. A lot of these apps seem to be focused on Sales related business and thus, not really geared for my use.

Lextone is, without question, the best.

Aside from the simplicity of the app and service, the customer support is what makes this app unique. You can actually call or email someone and they will quickly address my issue.

I would strongly recommend this appliction for any attorney or even small business owner looking for a feature full phone system without all the trouble and lack of support.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t looking to switch phone systems but my old provider kept raising the bill and their support was useless. A colleague mentioned LexTone so I gave it a shot. Setup was pretty easy and I was up and running fast. I kept my number which was a must. Call quality’s been great and texting with clients is way easier now. Only thing I’d say is the mobile app took a bit to get used to. It’s not bad, just feels a little clunky until you figure out where everything is. But once I got the hang of it, it’s been rock solid. Support actually answers the phone, pricing’s clear, and no surprise fees. I’m happy with it and already told two other attorneys about it.

App is useless! Bought a 90 minute course and apparently I can keep track of it using the app, the app wouldn’t link up to the shop so I could not keep tabs, came into the shop today to check how many minutes I had left and to get a session and they expired yesterday. I called in to the shop two days ago and the shop was having an issue with all electronics and the lady said she had a black screen so she couldn’t help me. If the shop wasn’t having a problem I would’ve been able to at least had two sessions from my course that has now expired. I’ve essentially paid £40 for 30 minutes.

Switched from att for my firm to lextone, was super easy porting process, and i liked they had an app on the appstore for me. Easy pricing, easy set up, just all around very easy and good software that is intuitive to use.
