Customer service…isn’t dead?!!

I was in the market for a modest gaming pc. So, I jumped at the Steam Machine. Didn’t get chosen for a reservation so decided I’d look around and came upon the Nyx Mini.

Reached out to the chat and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional and assisted me in getting what I wanted.

They gave me options and details on what I could do and I made my choice.

I haven’t receive my pc yet, but I’m mindblown at how fantastic their customer service is. Makes me confident that this was the right choice.

Update: Received my pc and it’s gorgeous. Setting everything up now. Very happy with my purchase and this is now my go to pc company and the one I’ll be referring people to.

Packaging was great and setup was reasonable for someone brand new to owning a PC. Give them a shot!

These guys are awesome! I bought one of their rigs several months ago, decided I needed more storage space and reached out to them. They not only sent me a link to the product they recommended, but they also walked me through every step to install it myself. 10/10, I will continue doing business with them.

One, the Quality was outstanding for both the little time spent on the build and my demands as the consumer. I know I myself would feel stressed and pressured by my own requests for my custom built. Yet they still finished it with nearly perfection. Communication was top tier. I've always hated trying to contact sellers for all sorts of things because they either, A don't care enough to give a good response, or B take forever to even read your question. They were both quick and gave good responses; answering all my questions. I would give 6 stars if it were possible.

I’m really glad I did. The PC looks amazing, it’s very well built, and the components feel high quality. Everything arrived great and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new computer.

Shipped fast and I love the computer !

It's been a long time since I've had an updated setup and it was a good experience purchasing through Twelf. Support was fast for a response when I had any questions.

My only complaint is that they need to take a little more care with shipment packaging as one of the heatsinks was slightly bent out when it arrived. It was easily fixed but it could have just as easily been prevented. It's didn't create an issue though and it has a good warranty so I wasn't bothered. Liked that they included all the extra case parts for future upgrades.

Overall it was great purchase experience and a very good quality build. Can't wait to use the new setup fully!
