Perfect product and great service

Thank you for an easy purchase and I love my journal.
This is perfect for bullet journalling, life is more in order and the to do list is being tackled. Thank you.

Beautiful notebook. I love the colour and the embossed lettering is perfect. It’s a hard recommend from me.

Quality. Always good. An investment

Tried the 150 gsm for the first time. Great sketchbooks. Will buy again. Arrived quickly.

Loved the diary. Exactly as I imagined. Ordering more for presents. Good quick service

Wasn’t quite the colour I thought it would be. And also thinner than most. But lovely diary none the less

I ordered a daily planner, but never received shipping info. I asked for a status update a week later and I was told it was lost in transit and I would be sent another one. No apology, no acceptance of fault. I normally wouldn't review this experience but you've emailed me directly and asked for a review.

I do not purchase very often from you but I always buy my pen holder for my diaries every year for my husband and me. I can always be confident it will be good quality product.

Great quality product and flawless delivery experience.

Leuchtturm is my go-to for pocket-sized notebooks, for work notebooks, as well as for all-manner-of-use books. Well made with thoughtful additions, such as dual ribbons for place-keeping, numbered pages and that extra little pocket where I can keep receipts safe. Beautiful quality paper means ink doesn't bleed through to ruin it's other side. My only, minor complaint is that the yellow cover is available in only certain types of books and I rely on that flash of yellow to help me keep it with me at all times - and I wouldn't want to lose any of them. So perfect!

I ordered the wrong product and they sent a replacement free of charge. Thank you!

Have had several of these over the years, always happy with them and great colours.

The Notebook I purchase was as nice as could have hoped for.

All items arrived in a timely fashion and in good order. The books themselves are lovely and I am looking forward to filling them out in the fullness of time.

First time purchaser, easy to use website, prompt delivery, product excellent.

Delivery time and product were both very good. The packaging was average, with no protection for my journal. Would be better if the product came in a box.

Promptly shipped and arrived very quickly
