I just wanted to write and say thank you. The silver wedding engraved anniversary outdoor pot arrived today and it’s beautiful. It really is something special. I originally saw your advert on Facebook and I’m now thinking for whom I can buy more personalised pots for! I showed the pot to my partner and they said, wow, thats a really lovely gift! And thank you to Marie, you swiftly replied the evening of my order and rectified my mistake of submitting the wrong date for engraving. Tip Top all round. I’ll definitely be ordering again. I ordered a Mommie & Me portrait last week, hoping it would arrive for my daughter in law’s Mother’s Day. I actually recd the proof on Sunday, and went back & forth a couple of times asking for some changes.
I received it today, Thursday, in time for Mother’s Day

Great product and great service. I ordered two of these, and one turned out perfect. The other one I realized I needed a lot of changes with and their service was super accommodating in getting me exactly what I needed.

I made a mistake with my order and I needed it canceled. Marie from customer service was able to track it down and cancel the order for me and gave me a refund. Friendly and fast service!

I ordered a Watercolour Wedding Sketch of the venue of my son's wedding. The final result is wonderful and Marie was very helpful throughout the process. Delivery was quick after we approved the draft.

Disappointed. Got the house print and most of the lovely house was cut off. The actual size of the house drawing was so small that you can't even tell it's the same home. I agreed to the proof as I didn't have time to wait for changes to be made, but I won't use them again. This is just a computer image and not the "hand drawn" I was expecting. .

The stones i got with my dogs names on were amazing, highly recommend them for lost loved ones...Charlotte and Lillian were absolutely so understanding and helpful....would recommend letterfest to anyone....

$25 shipping fee and still takes over a week to be delivered. For a sheet of paper. What a scam. Better off gong on Etsy or printing one yourself...

After paying over £100 for a "supposedly" hand drawn sketch of one of our favourite wedding photographs, the proof I received was more than disappointing!
Firstly, this has quite clearly been AI rendered and even worse the image hasn't even been rendered well! Both me and my wife have come out with distorted faces, I've got a big area of hair missing on my head and my wife came out looking brunette when she's blonde!
Safe to say I wasn't happy to proceed with the proof and Letterfest came back to me with a 2nd proof that just had the color tones changed and nothing else!
This is something I would never have out on display and for that reason I've requested to have the order cancelled and a refund issued... I'm still waiting for Letterfest to acknowledge my request and for them to refund me! Avoid at all costs.

Finally had my refund acknowledge but I've only been issued a partial refund to "cover the artists time". Both this company and so called artist should be ashamed if this is the caliber of work they are happy to sell. If this truly was hand drawn then the quality is appalling and now I've had to lose money and i haven't even received anything for the privilege!

Terrible company, terrible product and terrible experience... be warned!

Purchased a personalised pot last week which arrived quickly and very satisfied with personalisation. However spotted identical pot in Nottcutts garden centre for £6.99 which means I have been charged £25.01 for the engraving which seems very steep. P&P price was extra. Feel a bit ripped off! I wrongly assumed pots were bespoke to Letterfest

I am vey happy with my final product. The customer service team was efficient. They responded quickly and readily made adjustments. Their communication made me feel valued as a customer. All communication was through e-mail and I still had personalized care.

The customer service team was very responsive and the turnaround time was super quick. The price was also reasonable for a custom piece, and it turned out great. We will order again if we ever need a similar art piece!
