These guys came to the rescue when my wife lost a stone from her eternity ring which she wares as her wedding ring. Very obliging and quick turnaround she had it back and on her finger within a couple of days. Cannot recommend Louis enough.

FIVE STARS! Have just bought a white Gold half eternity ring in Diamond and blue Topaz for my wife and have to say she, and I, are delighted with it. The stones are beautiful, colourful and sparkle really well.
The whole experience, including asking if they would resize my wife’s engagement ring, has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience from start to finish. Not only was delivery very quick but I was kept informed on every aspect throughout by email or phone.
Both Sara and Louis were very considerate, friendly and helpful. I can honestly say it is one of the nicest companies I have ever dealt with. Gems of London are a real credit to their industry and I highly recommend them.

One slight problem was it was sent with incorrect chain length, eventually resolved by the company when they finally checked their spam email, who then sent me out the right length chain and did not require the other one returned
