I bought quite a lot of makeup at Lethal Cosmetics and it was amazing. I never thought a makeup store could meet my needs so well.

Honestly, I’m absolutely in love with these products, especially the SpongeBob lip gloss, it’s insane.

I’ll definitely keep shopping here!!

Love the colors & the finishes of the eyeshadows. If you are looking for something really special they have it.
Due to carrier issues I had to wait a little longer for my parcel but it’s worth the wait! Customer service was very nice and replied fast in my case. So if I need truly mesmerizing products I can’t shop somewhere else I would order again.

All good, my favourite indie brand, have great products especially palettes and mascaras. Mascaras are easy to wash off, dont give you panda eyes all day and have many colors.

9 euro di spedizione, pacco ordinato il 13 dicembre, arrivato il 7 gennaio con un articolo mancante. Cavolo, il sito è tedesco! Gli ombretti non arrivano dall'Australia!! Sul sito recita 2-8 giorni lavorativi per la consegna, non è affatto vero. Unica nota positiva, gli ombretti sembrano effettivamente di qualità.

I had preordered 2 sets of make up during October and it arrived in late December. The problem was that i stay in the UK and was asked to pay extra for custom charges. It is nowhere mentioned on their website or their emails that i had to pay more money which eventually costed me a small fortune that i had not planned. I tried to reach their customer service but no one has answered till today. If you do not live in Germany do not buy from them. Their customer support is non existent either.

Love the eyeshadow quality

I placed an order on 04.12, paid additional €13 for express delivery (1-4 business days). On 11.12 I contacted their support to ask where the order was, and they only told me that they were sorry and they were uncertain if the package would arrive by Christmas. Since then, I received no reply from them, and I tried to contact them 2 more times (16.12.2025 and 29.12.2025), but the Customer Service is silent.
Note: the delivery was to Spain, so nothing exotic at all.

I thought I knew about makeup products until I tried Lethal - their eyeshadows are from other world! The butteriness, the pigmentation, the sparkles in their multichromes... Unbelelievable quality, really

Awful experience ordered over a month ago, contacted them, they made an unacceptable excuse but said they would ship with in the week but that never happened it's been 10 days and after contacting twice again radio silence and no replies, awful service I paid a significant amount for a premium colab package and received nothing and still no response this was supposed to be a Christmas present and was ordered a month in advance. Ridiculous

Order of 6th december still pending after almost 1 month and 20 business effective days.
I payed with paypal and started a refunding inquiry through it.

Ho ordinato una palette di Dexter il 6 dicembre e ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Ho contattato il servizio clienti 4 volte via email e una 1 su Instagram ma l’unica risposta che ho ricevuto é stato il messaggio automatico. Vorrei sapere dov’è il mio pacco e se mai arriverà.

terrible customer service, products of poor quality and their products contain several harmful microplastics (silicons and polymers) and other toxic ingredients. the price of their products is unreasonably high, which is why I expected the quality of the product to be just as high, but man was that a disappointment. loose glitter everywhere, one of the shades was very poorly pigmented, the water liners are no better than toystore face paint. when I tried to contact customer service several times, no reaction. only when I threatened with legal action weeks later I got a response. they refuse to publish negative reviews on their website. never again.

J’ai passé une commande le 6 décembre 2025 que je n’ai jamais reçu. Ma commande est d’un montant de 90 euros que je devais recevoir sous 2a 8 jours. Cela fait plus d’un mois que je suis sans nouvelle de ma commande. J’ai fait 4 mails qui sont restés sans réponse !!!

Great quality eyeshadows, really love their build your own papette feature.

Very bad, I’ve placed an order in November 17th and today it’s the 20 of DECEMBER, so I was worried they maybe had lost the package and I wrote them an email, no response, then a second one but nothing, in two weeks I wrote something like 8 emails asking for an answer at least… NOTHING AT ALL. I thought I was scammed by them I hope it’s not, customer service is awful they shouldn’t provide that email cause it’s USELESS. And yeah of course the shipping time it’s so long.( I’m from Italy)

Worst online experience ever

Ordered 14th December
Paid £12 for Express Delivery (1-4 Business Days)

It is now the 19th and it hasn't even been shipped yet, the customer service team haven't bothered to reply to my emails.

I placed an order on December 1st because I needed the makeup for an event on December 16th. According to the website, shipping takes 2–8 business days.
As of December 16th, I still had not received my order. I contacted customer service to request a refund, since the delivery deadline had clearly not been met.
Their response was that my order would be shipped “within the next weeks,” which is completely unacceptable given the advertised delivery times.
I am requesting a full refund, as the order did not arrive in time and is no longer useful to me.

Acquistato un bundle come regalo di natale. Pagato e da lì sono spariti. Nonostante indicasse dai 2 agli 8 giorni per la consegna... non ho mai più ricevuto nulla. Se contatti l'assistenza (difficilissimo farlo) ti rispondono con una sola mail automatica e poi svaniscono nel nulla. Una vera truffa che ora devo segnalare alle autorità.

Ordinati 2 articoli esclusivi su questo sito, come regalo di Natale. Pagato con Klarna la prima quota, chiesto info in merito alla spedizione PRIORITARIA pagata con maggiorazione, risposto dopo 10 giorni che erano in ritardo e con defezioni. Ok, comprensibile, ma siamo al 15 dicembre e non ho ancora notizie sulla spedizione. Bloccato tutto, chiesto rimborso e a mai più rivederci.

AGGIORNAMENTO
Dopo varie bestemmie ed imprecazioni nonchè continui reclami su Klarna, che è utile con le aziende sicure, per le altre usare Paypal, l'ordine è arrivato. Sono passato da 1 a 3 stelle perchè gli articoli sono davvero ottimi, ma permane che la gestione amministrativa faccia pietà. Ergo, comprate con paypal e abbiate pazienza come quando comprate su Wish, perchè i tempi di consegna sono quelli.
