Il 31 marzo faccio un ordine di ben 150 euro per il mio compleanno,che sarebbe dovuto arrivare al massimo 8 giorni dopo.Dopo ben 15 giorni,il corriere non riesce a trovare il mio indirizzo perché l'azienda Lethal aveva sbagliato a riportarlo in maniera esatta sull'etichetta,nonostante io lo abbia scritto correttamente nell'apposita sezione "Ordini",dunque il pacco dall'Italia viene rispedito in Germania qualche giorno fa.Secondo il tracciamento della spedizione,il pacco è finalmente arrivato nella sede di partenza al fine di essere rispedito,ma tramite assistenza mi comunicano che il pacco fisico non è ancora giunto,nonostante il tracciamento riporti il contrario.Credo di aver avuto la pazienza di un saggio,ma adesso basta,ho chiesto prontamente che l'intera somma mi venga restituita,senza se e senza ma.Azienda non professionale,truffaldina e,se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, è meglio lasciare perdere.State alla larga!

SO FREAKIN GOOD!!! I got a little too excited and ordered a handful of glitter eyeshadows. Their eyeshadows are so unique, and the quality is amazing. One arrived a little cracked, I reached out, and they sent me another at no additional cost. The customer service was speedy, and I appreciate them sending another for something so minor, probably just caused by shipping.

It came as its described and very fast, 5 days shipping to Croatia.

I love their products but it’s a shame these days to have such long delivery times especially for non-pre-ordered items. You can expect at least three weeks before your order arrives. It’s as if they’re based in China when they actually have an office and stock in Germany (I’m in Belgium). Worst thing is that you have NO info on the order page (I have only “delivery in 2-8 days”.. my order is day 8 and still not in a delivery process)

PS: don't love to say that but a lot of 5 star reviews here are fishy as they are their only review.

I have bought the Dexter brush set and the brushes are really good. They have become one my favorite brushes. The detail brush is one of the best I have. I recommend 👍

I really love this brand’s cosmetics! I ordered an eyeshadow palette and two mascaras, and the delivery was very fast.

I especially loved the mascaras. I chose one black and one red just to experiment, and now I’m obsessed with the red one. It applies easily, has a convenient brush, looks amazing, and the mascara can be removed with just water.

I built my own palette with their single eyeshadows.
The formula on those is extremely good, i get compliments all the time. The delivery was very fast too!

The dexter collection is to die for! im obsessed.

Thanks for my order! I received very extraordinary package, everything were packed really carefully, especially shimmer shades (it was covered individually). Every product worthed the money! Eyeshadow palette has great pigment and unique triochrome metallic shades. Eyeliner brush is really precise. Single metallic eyeshadow in supernova is soft and bright. Waterliners are bright and easy to apply too. Red mascara smells like apple and it says all day long.

i bought their mascara combo : white, red and purple.
The formula feels weirdly tough when it dries but I am willing to overlook it.
The white looks ok. it pops out. The red and the purple rly dont stick out at all and the aplicator is tough as hell so i fear hurting my eyes.
Also their eye products for some reason smell like shampoo, and i dont particularily find reason as to why they should smell if they are eye products.

My boyfriend got me the adventure time collection for Christmas and everything arrived in perfect condition. I love it 😍 Their customer service was very helpful too!

Ordered Dexter palette for my wife, she is a huge fan of a TV series, so she was nicely touched by it, I dont know much about technical details, colors, but the design was awesome. With Pre-order I had to wait for delivery a little bit longer.

I bought the highlighter from the Avatar collection and honestly love it. It has a really beautiful duochrome pink tone with a soft glow that looks flattering on the cheeks and high points of my face. I was specifically looking for an everyday highlighter, and this one is perfect, the shade is wearable, the formula is smooth, and the packaging is gorgeous (with a mirror too)! Definitely recommend it if you like a subtle but pretty glow. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on it!!

The pigmentation and shine of the eye shadow is incredible! Full coverage and long-lasting. I love it!
