Highly recommend LeRed for this device. After MUCH research I ended up taking advantage of black friday sales and purchased the new face panel from this company. Communication was excellent, with a real name behind the email and VERY fast shipping. I have been using the panel on my face consistently 6 nights a week for about 3 weeks and have noticed a difference in my skin texture, seems more hydrated. Love that it has different options for different issues, this is the only panel I found that has more than just the NIR and red light options. Would highly recommend this company as it is Australian owned and located and from my experience prioritises quality and genuine service.

Very disappointed with the product and quality. The company does not honour it's return policy, proceeding through fair trading for refund.
Have reached out the company providing all the information, even photos of the product and yet I was told as long as I purchase the new mask in one day I will receive my refund for the old mask otherwise I will not get a refund. A company that puts conditions on a customer purchase, refunds and exchanges isn't a trust worthy company.
I have seen other comment mentioning similar experiences. Don't buy from LEREDD

The way they are handling this request of return and now the reply to my original feedback shows the lack of professionalism. I am happy provide all the emails and responses. Shaming someone of their financial situation just isn't Australian of a company. I am still waiting for the company to send me a return instructions for the original mask. As I mentioned the quality of the product isn't up to standard, the battery quality is poor, I have had to recharge it after one use. The company asked me is the mask in return condition with no damage to it and I confirmed yes it is in return condition.
Don't waste your time with a company shaming customers of financial services

Unfortunately your response shows equal respect is not extended to customers with genuine complaints. My complaint is 100% genuine but your lack of genuinity as a trusted business shows through your responses. However I feel as though this back and forth is going no where and I honestly feel like I'm dealing with children that cannot take critical criticism.
Again a warning for anyone, don't purchase from a business that does not respect and trust its customers.
Also not to mention putting my full name without my consent is a breach of privacy.

Highly inaccurate review that has been produced to mislead our genuine customers and shame our trustworthy company unfortunately.
As this person thinks it is fine to go public with a highly inaccurate review of what actually took place, I think it is now fair to advise others of the name under which the order was placed being "Tarana Shams".
We offered her to return for assessment the product which was a low value, on sale $129 purchase, for a 7 series face mask that we have many wonderful reviews on, that we have been selling for 3 years in large volume.
Records show that she discussed online via chat that she wanted to exchange the item for the Glow 240 face mask. We contacted her and advised after checking with management for authorisation that we were happy to do so and we were trying to arrange exactly that, which is well beyond our standard refund policy on many fronts. Change of mind is not an excuse to return as defined by the ACCC.
We have in writing from her "the mask is in perfect returnable condition. I appreciate all your help", this confirms the mask was not faulty. So we advised her to purchase the one she wanted to exchange to and then return the other item and if it was returned in the perfect condition then we would refund in full. Totally fair and reasonable. We even provided her with a Return Auth #. Then her tone changed and advised us that due to her "financial commitments" that she couldn't purchase the item she originally, allegedly wanted to exchange to and expected us to refund the original one after using for a period of time.
In relation to the comment about having to purchase the new mask in one day otherwise the refund would not be given is an utter mistruth again. We simply advised her that we would despatch the new mask immediately if ordered that day - that's what we define as good customer service.
It's very disappointing to see the lengths some go to, trying to bring down your 100% Australian Owned Brand to support their own hidden agenda and the power they feel in threatening to proceed through to fair trading with their distorted facts. I would suggest that it better use of ones time and their own health and wellness to concentrate on positive pursuits.
And to Tarana Shams response :
Your 1 star review and comments represent less than 1% of all of our 5 star verified by Trustpilot reviews, therefore the LEREDD community over a long period have a very different opinion of our company as they are genuine clients who have reported their own experiences with LEREDD.
We treat all customers with the equal respect as provided in return to us. By degrading a legitimate company for your own motivations is your ultimate choice. By advising others not to purchase from us, smells of ulterior motives which is why we will no longer entertain with further dialogue.
And to add, we are the highest rated Red Light Therapy Supplier in Australia & NZ on Trustpilot as voted by clients and we understand why that irks the competition who desperately try all types of tactics to have our rating drop. We will continue on with our genuine clients and suggest all readers to appreciate that this review lacks total merit.

Impressive technology & friendly customer service
I have osteoarthritis in my finger joints and after using Leredd's G-Puck12 twice a day for about a week the swelling has visibily subsided. Better yet, my fingers are no longer stiff when I wake up in the mornings.
I'm really impressed with the technology behind Leredd's products and their friendly service. Before purchasing, I researched several other light therapy brands. I liked that Leredd's website presented their product information in a credible way with references to academic papers and their competitive pricing. Delivery was fast and when I had a few queries, Georgie replied promptly and was very helpful.

Very Happy Customer
All communication with Le Redd were handled professionally and queries were responded to promptly. We had many questions and all were answered to our satisfaction. Purchased both the Cap and The Done. Very happy with both devices. Only issue is that the battery life is quite short on The Dome and with a number of people in our house who wants to used the device it runs out very quickly.

Great informative service
Great informative service. After 4 weeks using my BioHax600 daily I am noticing improvement in my finger joints and it doesn't feel swollen all day and my tennis elbow / golfers arm has also almost disappeared :)

Great customer service & product. I called in for questions and they were all answered with detailed information. The order was dispatched on the same day of the order and received promptly.
The product is solidly built and both my senior pup & I :) have been enjoying it twice a day since receiving it.

I ordered a red light theropy mask, I believe the mask was starting to work with my skin issues, however, unfortunately for me the USB connector came out from the plastic end whilst I was using it. I always took extreme care of my mask, always kept in the box after use, and having only owned for less than a fortnight I was disappointed. I contacted the company to seek help, provided all evidence that was requested from me. I was meet with a lovely 8 point negative email mentioning foul play and the fact I was looking into another light panel at the time. Being male, having a larger forehead and reseeding hair line the mask did not cover the whole area I needed treating. I was looking at buying another device to fix my coverage issue, and to use for other areas on my body. The company did offer me to return the mask at my cost, then they would decide to repair or not. Due to the poor customer service response, the accusations and in my opinion unwillingness to support from the beginning, I decided to give up and buy from another Aus company. $$$ down the drain.. Do your research

Interesting review as this “customer” was offered to return the item for a full refund after having used it for 9 days despite damaging the USB end. They also decided that they wanted to order a different product from us of a similar value.
But they kept and used the mask for 9 days and then reported that the end of the USB broke off despite it being difficult to do so when handled with appropriate care and wanted us to take it back and did not want us to repair it -(despite us offering this solution) rather they wanted a different product. Anyone can see what is going on here.
We have sold 100's of these exact masks with many 5 star reviews and no issues like this ever before.
So despite offering a full refund regardless, in good faith and customer care they preferred to waive that and produce this somewhat negative review to harm our very reputable Australian business and Google Review and Trustpilot rankings. That was obviously more important to them than gaining a full refund. So it didn't need to be $'s down the drain at all like he has inferred - it was his calculated choice. That’s interesting in itself. Well done. And if one does their research as he suggests, they will find that LEREDD are the highest rated Light Therapy Supplier in Australia on Trustpilot and top 10 in all beauty despite this review. This maybe the motivation to drag us down for some competitors. We welcome all real customers to conduct their due diligence and do their research and weed out the reviews that are posted under motivation to hurt a business for ulterior motives - It's very disappointing indeed.
Now onto the next presentation and sale and to look after our genuine honest customers who have supported our brand over the past 6 years in making us what we are today.

I love this mask! It has pretty much twice as many bulbs as leading competitors Omni.... and Qu... I find it very comfortable. I have a few age spots that are slowly fading and skin texture has improved. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this mask and I love the fact that it is an Aussie innovation. Way to go Leredd!

Having been diagnosed with a type of…Osteoarthritis
Having been diagnosed with a type of osteoarthritis in my lumbar region I needed find a solution for pain management and even in time to possibly fix my condition. I knew of some health benefits of red light/infar red light and wanted to try it. Plus my hubbie had a old shoulder muscle tear that didn't want to heal fully. So, both of us have had amazing results so far, (10days) his shoulder is far less painful and my lower back I do have more mobility back and lessened pain. We are both ecstatic with our results. This company I certainly would recommend to anyone. My unit was here in 4 days from Melbourne to Brisbane. Very nice conversation on the phone and email response were very quick. Notably a good company and nice experience. ❤️
