Leopay is a good bank, fairly sure and with a good interfaces and a very good made APP.
The bank is also quite fast on interbanking system times to work incoming payments, more better than other banks

Unfortunately the help system is not so smart and quick, but after a couple of days they resume together with solution.

My account has been locked for 3 months and no matter what I say I only get a canned email response saying that they are reviewing the account but it's been like this for 3 months now...

Update: i was banned for trading bitcoins on localbitcoins. After about 4 months of having my account frozen they claim to have sent back the money to the scammers i bought bitcoin from. He says they locked his money too. In total at least 3100€ eur lost for trading bitcoint that is a big no no with Revolut.

Vi racconto la mia esperienza ; premetto che ho una ditta Inglese il mio commercialista mi ha consigliato Leopay per aprire il conto aziendale , faccio tutte le procedure del caso installo applicazione sul mi telefono , e da qui inizia il calvario : premessa tutto ciò che descrivo sono passati 15 giorni a star dietro a loro per aprire il conto aziendale
mi scrivono che vogliono una marea di documenti nulla in contrario , la cosa che tra tutto non mi è piaciuto è il fatto che BEN 7 VOLTE E RIPETO BEN 7 VOLTE mi hanno chiesto " il tipo di lavoro che faccio - da dove percepisco i miei guadagni e SOPRATTUTTO DA DOVE ARRIVANO " RIPETO ME LO HANNO CHIESTO 7 VOLTE mica 2 o 3 .
Dopo di chè inizio a spazzientirmi e inizio a chiamarli al telefono le ragazze che rispondono sono molto gentili per carità nulla da dire , vengo informato per email che hanno ricevuto la mia documentazione e che il mio conto è in lavorazione e in tanto sono passati 15 giorni , al che decido di richiamare ancora perchè la mia azienda è senza conto corrente e la ragazza che mi risponde mi dice che in breve mi sbloccano il conto per poter operare , passano 2 ore e mi arriva la email dicendo che il contratto è stato risolto e che non ho più nessun tipo di account con Leopay però loro hanno tutti i miei dati tutti i miei documenti sia aziendali che personali , loro hanno il potere di fare ciò che vogliono delle persone e questo non va bene , se un cliente non è di vostro gradimento che tra le altre cose neanche lo hanno spiegato il motivo di non aver aperto il conto alla mia azienda , non occorre far passare 15 giorni perchè come lavorano loro lavoro anche io e non posso star dietro a piccoli capricci .
Inizio a pensare che era meglio quando era peggio , ragazzi vi dico anche questa con questa scusa anno chiuso anche il mio conto personale .... togliete tutto fino a quando siete in tempo .
Io ho risolto aprendo un conto in Lituania sempre on line come leopay , sempre che chiedono i documenti però non chiedono i documenti personali 24 ore il conto era pronto .

I have been customer for many years and so far it's the best ewallet on the market. it's a pity they are replacing with Icard that is much more simply platform

The service is very friendly and helpful, and I like the LeoPay Logo and the bank system.
I will give reference to other clients. The only thing is that it was a long way to continue the account but I know it is the law and the conditions which must be given.
I´m very interested in working with my business account for doing our project for a long, long time.

LeoPay banque de voleur , ils ont Bloqué mon compte maintenant depuis 1 ans précisément avec une somme de 5.000 euros . J’ai fourni tout les documents demandé malgré sa ils me demande de leurs envoyer à leur adresse physique chose que je vais pas faire cas il me prennent mon temps et mon argent . Ensuite je reçois un mail comme quoi dans 2 mois ils vont me prendre 1000 e par mois frais de cotisation par mois , mais je me demande dans quelle monde sommes nous ?

Rapporto ancora in fase iniziale, non è quindi prudente esprime ancora un giudizio; sembrano scrupolosi e prudenti e questo ci garantisce nella nostra operatività. Vedremo nel futuro quali saranno gli atteggiamenti e come si comporteranno. Una cosa su tutte: rispondono ai messaggi. Ottimo

j'ai plusieurs comptes professionnels, cela fonctionne plutot tres bien. a part les frais de virements SEPA un peut trop élevés 3 E l'unité.
Cet établissement n'étant pas une banque, mais un établissement financier,très bien pour gérer les CB, les prélèvements fonctionnent bien que beaucoup de marchand et le trésor public rechignent à faire des prélèvement sur cet organisme.. le compte bancaire Européen eqst fait pour tout le monde sauf pour le trésor public qui ne peut pas faire d'avis à tiers détenteurs, car compte situés hors de France.

ICARD a absorbé sa filiale LEOPAY, le service est un peu moins bien, et ils ne prennent plus les SCI dommage ils ont perdu 2 comptes. Sans cela ça fonctionne bien, le tarif des virements SEPA est un peu cher mais pas de frais de tenu de compte.
