always fast and easy

Whenever I have to deal with Leopay / iCard, it's always a fast and easy process. It's amazing how good the user experience is there compared to a traditional bank.

LEOPAY divise les société et leurs clients

Je ne savais pas que LEOPAY est une vraie banque d'arnaque!!! Je viens de lire les avis ici, et je viens donc de comprendre que ce fut une erreur de notre part d'avoir ouvert un compte dans un établissement bancaire qui est prête à nous créer des problèmes avec nos clients. Nous devons satisfaire une commande et depuis plusieurs jours, LEOPAY ne nous permet pas d'utiliser les fonds envoyés sur notre compte dans leur banque. Nous avons fourni la documentation demandée. Mais ils gardent les fonds, on leur envoie des mails, il ne répondent pas!
Évitez cette banque, nous leur démontrerons, qu'ils n'ont aucune place parmi les autres banques!

Conto personale ok, ma conto Business pessimo

Utilizzo Leupay da qualche anno, per il conto personale nessun problema, ma il conto business e davvero pessimo, adatto a piccole realtà, ma se avete trasferimenti, specie internazionali, lasciate perdere, il supporto blocca continuamente i bonifici in entrata con continue richieste di domunetazione anche per piccoli importi,risponde dopo 12/24 ore, quindi spesso i bonifici tornano indietro e spesso non basta contratto tra le società e fatture, richiedono copie di iscrizione a camera di commercio o equivalente, di chi vi invia il bonifico, onestamente è assurdo, ho chiuso conto e passato ad altra società, onestamente la sconsiglio.

6 Wochen für Kontoeröffnung ?!

Ich habe versucht, Mitte März 2020 ein Bankkonto bei Leopay zu eröffnen. Nach knapp einem Dutzend versuchter Videocalls zur Verifikation (das vorgegebene Zeitlimit von 5 min dafür ist kaum zu schaffen), ist mir endlich die Kontoeröffnung gelungen, und ich konnte mich in meinen neuen Account einloggen.
Aber - da ich ein Geschäftskonto beantragt habe, sollte ich mich noch ein wenig gedulden und gegebenenfalls weiterere Geschäftsunterlagen auf Anforderung hochladen.
Seitdem hat sich nichts getan - auf meine Nachfragen kam der Hinweis, man habe mein Anliegen an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet.
Heute - am 1. Mai 2020 - kam endlich eine Antwort: Mein Videocall (von Mitte März) wird nicht akzeptiert (!), das Konto wieder geschlossen - und ich möge es doch noch einmal neu versuchen.
Auch wenn es Einschränkungen wegen Corona gegen sollte - diese Bank hat offenbar keine neuen Kunden nötig und der Support / Kundendienst ist grottenschlecht.
Ich verzichte auf diese Bank und kann allen anderen nur raten, dasselbe zu tun.

En colère

Je réside à la Réunion sur le continent africain et malgré que ce soit un département Français mais hors zone euro, je ne peux pas migrer de leopay à Icard.
Une soit disant assistance qui me dit que je dois changer de numéro de téléphone. Comme si je pouvais demander à changer de numéro et avoir une ligne de la zone Euro + 33 pour la France ici.
Impossible de s'inscrire sur icard via internet avec le mot de passe leopay comme indiqué dans leur process et de télécharger l'appli gsm (pas valide dans le pays)
Ce qui fait que je perds mon compte leopay à la date butoir de la migration Icard le 23 mai 2020.
Une néo banque qui ne gère pas du tout.
