La scarpa era buona anche se, purtroppo non rispecchiava in maniera così fedele le foto rilevabili dal sito. Differenze minimali ma che, almeno per me, hanno fatto la differenza.
La scarpa presentava alcuni piccoli difetti e, vista la impossibilità di sostituirle per indisponibilità della mia misura, ho proceduto con la richiesta di rimborso perché al momento non vi erano modelli che soddisfacevano le mie attuali esigenze.
Devo dire, infine, che se dovessi trovare in futuro un altro modello che rispecchi le mie esigenze probabilmente ci riproverò. grazie

Very BEAUTIFUL ankle high boots! Received very quickly and ordering was very easy. Unfortunately they are too narrow for my feet so I need to return them. I would recommend Leonardo Shoes to anyone seeking high quality handmade shoes. It appears these boots were made with a lot of love! The lady who ends up wearing them will be so pleased!

Lost Money: Horrible Experience
I would have given a zero if that option was available.
I bought a size 10 loafers which came looking worn, used and very bogus (like a size 11).
So,
I had to make a return but ended up out of pocket on my refund as I had to pay almost half of the cost of the shoe as custom fees from UK to Italy. So, shoes were bought for less than £50, and upon returning item, I had to pay 22,59 euros as deducted charges. Basically, I lost money for an item I never used
Leonardo shoes have a terrible customer service policy and I'm now been made to spend half of my money on something I have not benefited from.

Ils se gardent bien de préciser que les échanges sont payants à l'étranger, alors que la majorité, précisent si le retour est gratuit ou non, surtout pour des chaussures, ou les tailles varient selon les marques.
Envoi mal emballé: la boîte directement dans un sac plastique collé dessus qui arrache l'emballage à l'ouverture. A éviter.

I am from Canada, i got my shoes within 5 days, one of the best chelsea shoe i ever got it. True to size, good quality. My only concern is, i pay for the shipping but as per my understanding if order is over 200 dollars, shipping will be free to canada but i pay for the shipping?

Colore décolleté in foto non rispondente al vero
Ho ricevuto le Décolleté slingback ma non sono di colore rosa come le avevo viste in foto. Il colore riportato sulla scatola è polvere - codice 2004 Clea e la nuance è grigia. Peccato! Il servizio clienti è stato pronto nel rispondere ma consiglio di rivedere le impostazioni fotografiche delle calzature perché per me il rosa è rosa e non grigio.
