Good communication. I had a few questions about the type of lenses I wanted and they got back to me swiftly so that I could make an informed decision.

I've had a request for occupational lenses which was full-filled smoothly, starting with the free pack to send my old frame, followed by detailed instructions on providing prescription, my PD etc and receiving the frame with new glasses., I think the best way to get response is by sending an email, also was able to speak to Karl as sometimes it assures to speak to the person. Thanks!

I was sceptical. Never thought to buy lenses to be put into your favourite frames. So went ahead & the process was seamless from beginning to end. Karl was amazing as his communication was very important to me. Now I have my favourite RaBans back with excellent varifocal,transition lenses & no longer the scratched version. Another great pair of lenses from Karl, this is my 5th pair of Elite HD Digital Varifocal lenses, this will be my second pair of EXTRActive transitions which I love. Everytime I give Karl a pair of frames to put lenses in he always does a tremendous job. I dislike going into opticians almost as much as going to the hairdressers and so decided to look at online options. Lensomania do not charge for their re glaze service unlike other onliners and Karl offers sound honest advice as to what kind of lens type and thickness would work for your needs and budget. All prices are clearly shown on their website (no smoke and mirrors here). It’s a great way to up-cycle and update frames you already own or buy quality second hand or vintage frames and give them a new lease of life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
