Very serious seller, I am extremely satisfied of my purchase, and it was very easy to talk to someone by chat. I will definitely order again. Delivered in less than a week in Paris.

When I lost my glasses, the optical shop here in NYC told me that my beloved designer frames were impossible to find. To my delight, the Lenshop, although so far away, had the exact frames I loved. The Lenshop was a delight to correspond with and was happy to ship them to me. They packed them SAFELY (which seems a rarity these days) and shipped them in the twinkling of an eye. Wonderful experience!

Fantastic, responsive, quick turnaround, super happy with my glasses and with the customer service. Thank you so much!

I have had very, very good experience with the Lenshop on line purchase process. It was flawless from the moment of placing an order to the prompt delivery to US . Then I got a follow up Email from them enquiring if I was happy with the purchase I made. I have never had such a good feeling that the seller really cares about the customer's satisfaction. It is such a rare thing nowadays. I wish the entire Lenshop staff the best of everything!!! And keep your standards up regardless of the rough times that we all have because of Covid.

good morning I am very satisfied with the service and the product thank you very much

Lenshop gave clear instructions, replied fast to my e-mails and send me the exact items that I ordered in time! No complaints, whatsoever.

beautifull product with a very good price/quality rate and good services.

Basically only shop where I could find the sunglasses I wanted. Best service and delivery to Estonia was fast!
I recommend!

Excellent excellent excellent. I was searching for a hard to find pair of Maui Jims sunglasses for my husband for Christmas. He had a favorite pair that he had lost. I looked everywhere. I used google lens to make sure it was the right pair. Amazing customer service and they arrived within 5 days. They came in on Christmas eve. So appreciative. Highly recommend.

Complimenti .
