website says they accept AMEX, website has AMEX interface... does not work: support: we do not accept AMEX. Solution: use PayPal and pay 5% of total fee extra. I did not take this option as I found it a quite steep fee and misleading information on website about payment options.

Because my glasses broke, I was looking for a new frame from Rayban. I found several offers on the internet, but all of them were the wrong size. While searching I came across the site of De lenshop from Greece. They still had exactly the right frame in the right sizes in stock. I live in the Netherlands. I asked some questions by e-mail and always got an answer within an hour. On the internet I found only good reviews so I decided to order the frame. Within a week, the frame was delivered by post (DHL), so from Groekenland to the Netherlands within five working days. That is super fast. So very good personal service and expertise, pleasant people and very, very fast delivery. The frame was neatly packaged including the invoice, wipes and a handwritten thank you. At De Lenshop you can feel free to order a frame even if you do not live next door.
