Lemon Cymbals (UK) Recenzje

Quick delivery and outstanding customer service. I experienced a very small issue after ordering a 14" hi-hat, and Andy was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He replied to my messages very quickly, was very pleasant and professional, and genuinely made me feel looked after as a customer. He resolved the issue promptly by issuing a partial refund, which I really appreciated.

Great shop to order from and Andy's customer service made me comfortable in ordering from them again. Thank you!

Great cymbals and good customer service. The HiHat works seamlessly with the Fame DD-one pro drum module.

First thing, I'm very impressed by the quality of the 18"ride cymbal, it's quite the upgrade from a cy-8, feels great, very responsive.
Great communication, very friendly staff, Andy in particular dealt with my order, and was very helpful. All in all, very impressed, I will most definitely be back.

Fantastic service, amazing mesh drum heads and quick delivery.

Great product. Looks nicer than my Roland cymbals and slightly less acoustic noise. Very happy.

Great product at a good price turnaround from time of order to delivery was very good
Would continue using this supplier in the future great experience

Great cymbal with good value . Looks good and fits in well with my kit . Def recommend, slow getting to me but that was the courier issue not Lemon

Incredible service from Lemon, HUGE thank you for Andys amazing service too.
Delivery was fantastic also... I will definitely be using this company for sure in the very near future.
Thank you once again. Jay

I ordered 2 cymbals late May. They took around 4 weeks to arrive due to problems with delivery from Europe.
One was the wrong cymbal. I am still waiting to receive the correct item.
Communication from the company has been very limited.

UPDATE 29/7/25
Have now received the cymbal & apologies from company for lack of communication.

I ordered 2 x cymbals to the value of £163 3 weeks ago, I received an order confirmation email showing a 2-4 working day delivery timeframe. Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No communication, no confirmation that anything has been dispatched, nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond to any emails I send to them. Absolute radio silence.

My requests for updates go unanswered, as do my requests for a refund. I am now having to contact my card issuer / bank to see if they can help with getting the money back, otherwise I will have to accept a £163 loss.

I wish I’d read the negative reviews on Trustpilot before ordering, it seems a few others have had similar experiences. This is a scam, don’t fall for it…

EDIT: I have read the reply from Matt, and it is a complete pack of lies. I have not had any contact whatsoever, other than the reply to this review. I have certainly never sent any confirmation that I am aware of any delays and happy to wait. I’d love to see any evidence of me supposedly confirming this, because it simply hasn’t happened. I note Matt says “If you have changed your mind and would prefer a refund, please drop us an email and we will get that sorted out for you…” - I have emailed requesting a refund several times, and have been completely ignored.

It appears the only way to actually speak to this company is via a negative review. Hopefully they will read this edit and actually issue my refund.

My opinion of the ‘company’ remains unchanged - Zero communication, lies, smoke and mirrors, and still no refund issued. Scam.

Good product for a good price. I ordered a 3 ply mesh drum head and just put it on now and it feels great

Very fast delivery. Triple ply mesh head. Seems like excellent quality and very well priced when compared with Remo and Roland mesh heads. Would definitely buy again.
