Legend bikes are a Class act
I had a problem with a part for my bike as the starter broke away from the handlebars on a Friday afternoon so I sent an order in to them on the same afternoon, to replace the part as ordering is so easy on-line and clearly priced, so no unannounced price increases, to my amazement it took only two working days for the part to arrive at my doorstep so efficient and tracked from the beginning There service I have found is excellent I have had my bike for 6 years and done 30,000 km so the bike is a must to me

Le vélo est vraiment bien. La batterie tient longtemps, il est puissant au niveau électrique. Peut-être un point d'amélioration : suspensions un peu dures.

We acquired an E-bike Legend Monza.
1. Very happy with the bike;
2. Having lost a small item, we queried the Legend website but it did not figure in the spare parts;
3. So we contacted Legend by E-mail :
* Monday : query/contact + receipt of quote + payment;
* Tuesday : acknowledgement of payment receipt and sending of the item (Spain); and
* Thursday : delivery of the item (Belgium).
4. The entire process has been monitored closely and reported professionally and efficiently by Legend (Sarah Allhoff).
5. This in spite of the fact that all time and expenses costed much (!) more than the item itself.
So :
* Great E-bike;
* Great company culture;
* Great customer service and excellent support;
My view of a winning team. Thanks Mrs Allhoff.

Hadden fiets gekocht via decathlon Belgie. Moesten met spijt aangekochte fiets retourneren omwille van medische redenen. Werden door supportdienst van Legend in Barcelona zeer goed geholpen, telefonisch en via mail, waarvoor dank.

Günstige E-Bikes können auch aus Europa…
Günstige E-Bikes können auch aus Europa kommen, produziert in Portugal Vertrieb aus Spanien mit Motoren von Mahle aus Deutschland, abgerundet wird das Ganze mit einem schnellen kommunikativen Service auch auf Deutsch. Besonders interessant sind die E-Faltbikes, welche auch noch sehr leicht sind, Das 20" Legend Monza wiegt mit Akku nur 19,5kg.
Sehr gut ist auch die Möglichkeit, die Räder in den Showrooms zu testen, sollte kein Showroom in der Nähe sein, hat man die Möglichkeit das Rad 30 Tage bis max. 50km zu Hause, zu testen.
Einfach Perfekt!

Would buy again
I bought my bike second hand and honestly if anything were to happen to it, I'd buy it again. A folding, electric bike is hard to find and this one also has super long range. My only issue is that if you don't connect the blue-tooth to the bike (which I never do) the support team can't help you if you have issues as they can't see the history. A little screen on the bike would be nice. Also I have a few spare parts I need to order and they're constantly sold out - so just wish those would come back in stock. I did order a charger again as mine broke and it's been super quick to ship so that's quite nice. Also, customer service is quick to reply which is also great service.

Agile, vielseitig verwendbare Legend Siena Räder
Wir haben zwei Legend Siena Falträder nach perfektem Bestellvorgang und bester, sehr freundlicher Beratung durch Fatou nach nur 3 Tagen in der Schweiz geliefert bekommen.Die Räder haben unsere hohen Erwartungen noch übertroffen: erstklassige Optik und Verarbeitung. Ein Raumwunder im gefalteten Zustand.Sowohl im urbanen Bereich wie auf Feld- und Waldwegen bereiten Sie sehr viel Fahrspass, da sie sehr agil, wendig und leicht zu handeln sind.
Der Motor ist sehr spritzig und auf wellig Terrain eine ideale Unterstützung mit sehr guter Reichweite. Wir haben die Räder in knapp zwei Wochen auf ganz unterschiedlichen Terrain getestet und keine Schwachstellen entdeckt. Sie bereiten uns mehr Fahrspass als unsere beiden grossen , schwereren E- Bikes eines nahmhaften und deutlich teureren Herstellers!
Gesamturteil: ein überzeugtes sehr gut , wir werden sie im Freundeskreis weiterempfehlen

Habe bereits das 5 Legend Monza
Habe bereits das 5. Legend Monza gekauft und alle in der Familie fahren sehr gerne mit den Rädern. Ich selbst habe schon 12000 KM !!! in 3 Jahren auf meinem Monza. Das Rad fährt wie ein Großes und mit dem Panasonic Akku und dem tollen Mahle Antrieb ist man jederzeit gut unterwegs. Auch musste ich lediglich Bremsbeläge wechseln alles andere ist original und funktioniert einwandfrei. Was noch ganz wichtig ist, das Rad fährt durch den entkoppelten Motor problemlos und leicht auch ohne Unterstützung.
Dazu kommt ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Wo sonst bekommt man ein Falt-eBike mit der Leistung.

un vélo solide confortable et polyvalent
Vélo ETNA acheté il y a 9 mois. C'est un excellent vélo, très robuste et très pratique car il se plie et tient dans le coffre de la voiture tout en ayant des roues de taille standard. L'autonomie est tout à fait confortable et les suspensions sont un vrai plus pour le confort.
Et en plus le service client est très réactif.

Reklamation in der Garantie
Die Kommunikation mit der Mitarbeiterin für Deutschland, ist sehr gut und sie leitetet Reklamationen zügig weiter. Allerdings war ich ein wenig enttäuscht darüber, dass ich nur die defekte linke Pedale ersetzt bekommen habe und nicht einen Kompletten Satz Pedalen, was kaum Mehrkosten für das Unternehmen bedeutet hätte. Zudem halte ich die Qualität der Pedalen für schlecht, da auch die rechte Pedale nach so kurzer Benutzungszeit schon zu viel Spiel aufweist. Die reklamierte Pedale wurde allerdings schnell geliefert.

Nous avons commandé 2 Siena le mois dernier. Non seulement ils sont magnifiques et sont très agréables à utiliser et manipuler pour le pliage et dépliage, mais de surcroît il y a eu une grande réactivité et un suivi constant de notre commande de la part de la commerciale mais également une courtoisie inégalée dans le processus du début à la fin. Cela change de certaines autres entreprises qui vendent sur internet et ne savent pas ce que le mot professionnalisme veut dire ! En un mot nous sommes ravis de notre achat. Merci. S. Pieri.

Vélo conforme à mon attente avec un Service Clients efficace et courtois
J'ai commandé un modèle Monza sur le site mercredi et le vélo a été livré le lundi. Le processus de communication a été parfait. Le colis est arrivé en parfait état, le vélo était très bien emballé et conforme à mon attente. Le vélo est confortable et les manipulations sont simples et rapides.
J'ai échangé par mail avec le Service Clients le lundi et j'ai reçu une reponse précise avec efficacité et courtoisie dès le mardi matin.

Velo legend Monza
Comme prévu j en ai acheté un deuxième pour la méditerranée le premier est utilisé sur l atlantique .velo toujours aussi agréable même en "gravel" sur le canal du midi sur 100 kms la cartographie personnalisée est toujours aussi géniale je l adore .juste une petite amélioration a faire au niveau de la béquille qui peut frôler le disque une micro cale entre la béquille et son support résout l affaire bref que du positif je recommande vivement
