Charge more than they say
I tried to get the Basic package, realised that the amount was double upon check-out, then tried 2-3 more times and thought I finally got it right and still got charged GBP 99 instead of 50.
The other reviews are mostly positive, so I am thinking that either there is something wrong in their UI flow that makes this happen, or the other reviews are fake. I saw some other customers had the same problem as me. I sent an email immediately after the order (yesterday). I have used the link they sent to write this review (I think they're using different domain names...)

I paid for the basic LEI with no auto-renewal and no certificate yet I've been charged £69, not £50. This feels like an aggressive money-grabbing ploy.
